Did not help with the issue I originally came in about. Basically told me to contact my NP and she could refer me to physical therapy. Waste of time. Wanted to talk about two other doctors I had seen years ago. I was having allergic reaction ( never did find out from what) Would not recommend Reid ENT.
The air in the office contained something that caused me to cough. I have many allergies.
I feel it's not the doctors, however, the terms the medical teems have to work under Reids policies interferes with the timely care of us patients.

Dr. Langfitt really took his time to listen to me and put me at ease. He also seemed to value educating me about the testing process, the science of the ear, and preventing more hearing loss in an uplifting and kind way.
I was happy with the information provided about my condition but I didn't/don't like that the doctor acts as though the infection is no big deal. From previous experience, STAPH and MRSA aren't infections to not worry much about.

My experience was GREAT ! ! ! Reid Personnel are the best. 5 STARS ! ! ! YOUR SURVEY is NOT relevant in most situations. I was at the Reid Site to have an app added to my cell phone so I could control my hearing aids. Talking about "throw rugs" or "possibly falling down a stairs" is NOT relevant to the treatment of services I needed. Someone needs to review the "survey questions" and edit them to be more relevant to the situation.
I left my appointment feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable with my condition. My Audiologist was thoughtful and thoroughly examined my ears. I would definitely recommend this medical facility.

We asked for a cancellation opening and they contacted us yesterday morning which was excellent. Our next appointment is 75 days away. We were told the doctor is going on vacation for 2 months (probably deserved) but not having a doctor to cover his absence seems very unprofessional and poor planning. We again asked for an opening if a cancellation occurs. No idea who that might be if no body is covering his absence.
Dr. knew medical history as it pertained to hearing. We did not discuss any other aspects of medical history. I was asked Medicare questions in a very personable way by doctor's assistant, but not given advice on preventing future illness. Doctor did advise on possible ear problem.
I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge of my sons medical history and the questions he asked me about what I noticed in progress or digression in his hearing. I loved that he brought up a specific experience from when my son was a kindergartner. The doctor was super intentional about showing me how to care for my sons tubing. I am so thankful!

The persons that checked my hearing aids and the lady at the check in were very courteous and knew what they were doing. The person on the phone that scheduled appointments was NOT courteous. She even suggested going to a competor.
Was a great experience. I was somewhat worried but the doctor was great at explaining everything and made me feel at ease.
It took me four months to get in for an appointment.
I came away with the info I needed. He diagnosed my problem and has a plan to move forward for me. I will probably see him again before we have solved the problem. Thank you for your interest. God bless you.
