Obstacle Course - Fan Zone - Fun for all ages

Supporting the Reid Health Athletic Training Program

Introducing the Reid Health Adventure Course, which benefits the Reid Health Athletic Training program. Athletic trainers at Reid are provided to area schools at no cost to the school. Athletic trainers play an important role as they focus on injury prevention and management, provide immediate care and emergency response, and offer rehab and recovery programs while educating student-athletes along the way.

What to expect

Prepare to conquer an exciting obstacle course designed to challenge your strength, agility, and endurance. This new event will be a course you tackle at your own pace with self-limiting obstacles, perfect for all fitness levels and family friendly. With more than a dozen obstacles stretching across a 3 mile course, you're sure to be challenged and pushed to your limits. Prepare to get muddy and wet. Gather your friends, family, and colleagues for a fun-filled day of teamwork, excitement, and a shared commitment to health and wellness. Participants can look forward to race shirts, finisher medals, post-race snacks, and an exciting fan zone featuring sponsor partners and local vendors.

Registration

Join fellow adventure enthusiasts for a day filled with fun, fitness, and camaraderie, all while supporting a great cause. Whether you choose to tackle the course individually or form a team, you're in for a fun and rewarding experience that'll test your determination and endurance. *Participants must be 10 years old or older. *

To avoid bottlenecking at each obstacle, we'll send participants in waves. On the day of the event, please choose the wave that fits you best. Times are subject to change but won't be earlier than what's listed below.

10:15 a.m.: In it to win it! (I've done these before and feel very comfortable with my abilities.)
10:30 a.m.: Up for the challenge (I'm new to this but confident in my abilities and ready for the challenge.)
10:45 a.m.: Just here for a good time! (I'm excited but cautious and might need to skip a difficult obstacle. This is also a good option for large groups or families that want to stick together.)

Finisher Gear

Run or walk your way to the end of the course to collect your finisher's medal and Reid Adventure Course t-shirt.

Fan Zone

The excitement doesn't stop at the finish line! Whether you just tackled the course or are coming to cheer on your friends and family, enjoy our Fan Zone. You'll find a variety of fun activities, snacks, Kona Ice truck, local vendors, and sponsor partners.

Volunteer Opportunities

Not interested in the obstacle course but don't want to miss the fun? There are plenty of volunteer opportunities from parking patrol, to day of set up, to ringing cow bells to cheer on participants.
