Reid Health SMS Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Reid Health, you can receive messages about:

• Your MyReid account
• A one-time passcode
• Billing notifications
• Prescription reminders

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. If you want to join again, sign up using MyReid or reply HELP.

If you have trouble with the messages, you can reply HELP for more assistance. You can also get help directly through our contact page. 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
