Last year I had blood work drawn at the doctors office. Fast and easy. This year I was told to drive to the hospital, where I had to wait an HOUR to get my blood drawn. There were not even enough seats in the waiting room for everyone waiting to have blood drawn! Unbelievable.

The office staff , nurse and Dr. Deitsch were very knowledgeable. This office is always at ease withe patients. They genuinely enjoy their work. Thank you for excellent care.

Wow! I love this doctor and the N.P. whom I saw yesterday. Such good people and so intelligent. I truly appreciate their knowledge and their bedside manner. I prefer not to interact with people, but both Dr. Deitsch and the nurse practitioner put me at ease. I want to compliment the front staff as well. The lady who checked me in was so patient and friendly. I just started on Medicare and she had to update my file. It was horrible, but she just kept smiling and joking which put me at ease. The only complaint I have is there is no chair in which to sit while checking out. I have difficulty just standing. My hips really ache and the pain can last for the better part of the day and even into the night when I try to sleep. I knelt in front of the desk for a while but had to stand b/c my knees began to hurt. Please, please, please put a chair back at checkout. Thanks for listening. I definitely would recommend this facility and these people to anyone seeking medical help.

Excellent care is always given

My appt was at 0700 and it appeared as the office was closed when I got there. No lights were on. I walked up to the door not expecting it to open but it did and then the lights came on from a sensor when I walked into the waiting room. I feel like the lights should be on if they are open. Would be more inviting. Just a suggestion

It was a good overall experience. Provider and nurses did well checking my vitals and explaining my situation to me. I was a last minute same day appointment though, and I heard someone talking through the door complaining that I didn't have the same symptoms I called in with, which I called in the morning and my appointment was late in the afternoon, and someone replied no good deed goes unpunished. I was highly satisfied with the treatment, and even the bedside manner, I even apologized for staff having to work late on my behalf, as I couldn't make it in until after work, but left feeling like a joke and a burden to the staff, like my concerns with my health weren't as important and the staff getting out on time. I no longer feel comfortable reaching out to this doctor and his support staff, and in future will only see my PCP at this facility.

He helped to calm my fears because your mind always goes to the worst possibility.

I had a UTI. I asked to be able to drop in and give a sample. Everybody took great care of me, even though my needs were unexpected and were not scheduled.

Nursing staff for this provider is always kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They deserve recognition for all they do!

Dr. Deitsch has been my husbands doctor and his families, along with my personal doctor. He has always been so great to us. My recent appointment with Dr. Deitsch was my first. I was very impressed with his medical expertise and his kind demeanor. He took time to answer my questions. His assistant also was professional, efficient, and kind.

I relayed my difficulty I had scheduling a referral Dr. Deitsch made with a geriatric-pyscholgist and asked him or his staff to make that appointment. That did NOT happen. I was simply given a phone number and told to make my own appointment. I'm very disappointed.

The information booked out with pre-registration was ridiculous. There was so much legal lealese in it, that it makes it frustrating just to keep passing through the screens.

Dr. Deitsch does a great job interacting with my child to make her feel more comfortable; Even when she's not feeling well, he can still get her smile by asking/talking about things she enjoys. He really listens to any concerns that are voiced and explains everything thoroughly.

I have been with Dr. Deitsch for 40 years, so he knows me personally about my body and what is going on with it. Right now I am in the process of changing insurance companies because I went with them a healthcare and they do not take ambetter. So I have to find a new provider and I will not do that.
