It’s easy to schedule your next visit

No matter what brings you to us – you need a primary care provider, want to see a specialist, or would like to get a second opinion – making an appointment is simple at Reid Health. 

New patients

Whether you’re looking for a primary care or specialty care provider, scheduling an appointment is easy. We have several options available, including:

• Calling the Reid Health Referral Line at (765) 935-8934
• Filling out our New Patient Form and then submitting it electronically.
• Using the Open Scheduling feature in the MyReid mobile app. You don’t have to be a current Reid Health patient or even have a MyReid account to use the app to schedule an appointment with one of our providers. 

Existing patients

If you’re already one of our patients, there are a couple ways you can go about getting your next visit scheduled:

• Call the appropriate office. Look up the location where you’re wanting to schedule an appointment and reach out to our staff there. They’ll be happy to get you set up for a visit.
• Use the MyReid mobile app. If you’re already a patient of the provider you’d like to see, MyReid’s self-scheduling feature makes finding a date and time that works best for you easy. If it’s a new provider or one you haven’t seen in the past three years, you can use the Open Scheduling feature to make an appointment request.
