She walked into the room, and she has a beautiful smile on her face, and she introduced herself. Full of energy and that set the tone for the day. I LOVED HER! So easy to talk to and she listened to me and made me feel at ease!!!!! I now know there is hope for me!

Have gone to this office for a while but Dr Brandenstein has definitely made it more comfortable of an experience and makes me feel heard.

I liked the fact that I could get my labs done right there. Everything was fast and convenient. I did wait too long for my appointment had to schedule 3 months out and had to wait in the office for an hour. Other than that I was happy.

I love Dr. Brandenstein!! However, I waited about 45 minutes to see her. The sign in the waiting room states that you should let the receptionist know if you've waited more than 10 minutes past your appointment time. After about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I talked to the receptionist. She wasn't too concerned... she didn't give me a time as to when I might be called back or tell me that she would check on the delay. I don't understand running that far behind, unless Dr. B. has been overbooked. As I said, I love Dr. B. She is what keeps me coming back!
