Dr Haist and all of his staff were excellent in their attentiveness and care during the appointment.

It seemed like they were in a hurry or being rushed.

The doctor was rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend him to anyone. He makes snap judgments without knowing facts and treats people like they're stupid. I hope that your office actually fires him because I was livid. He is a doctor that should not be a doctor and especially not a heart doctor because to me he has no heart.

Dr. Haist changed one of my prescriptions to another at a much lower price at my request. He preferred the original prescription but didn't have major problems with the new prescription. I really appreciated that!

The lady who checked me in was amazing! I had a lot of information to change and she was extremely helpful and kind. The man who checked me into my room and took my vitals was also amazing! Very caring and took his job seriously.

While I did have to wait a great deal of time for my provider, the care was more than worth it. Dr. Haist was amazing! He took time with me, explained the plan of care, provided autonomy and options, and he was very thorough. However, while I sincerely appreciate all of these care practices, the fact that he truly cares really shined through!! This too sets him apart from other providers. A patient that is not rushed through assembly line style and the provider truly not engaged has become the new norm. A customer knows when they are getting caring and sincere service. xxx

Just as a sidenote, the nurse said, escorted me out of the exam room did not listen to me or pay attention to what I was saying

Everyone was very nice, answered my questions without making me feel silly for asking the question. I was very pleased with my visit and with all of the staff.

The connersville cardiology office is very slow.

The waiting time is always to long.They always want you to be there 15 minutes early and you have to wait for a while.before the doctor comes in.

My doctor seems to be very very busy and I don't see him maybe only every four times that I'm there. When I do see him, he talks very fast and seems like he isn't into my case that he's got so many things on his mind and things to do . My nurse practitioner spends more time with me and talks with me more. I get more feedback and information from her. I still can't tell you everything that's wrong with my heart. There are several things, but it's really not made clear to me like if someone asked me what was wrong with my heart. I can give him a few answers as to like the function of my heart, but I've never just been set down and told exactly all the things and what they're called and sometimes when they tell me what is wrong, they don't make it clear to me what it means or what my heart is doing and explaining it. Everybody in the office is very kind and helps with whatever you need. Check in and check out. It's very good. The nurse that took me in today and weighed me and took my vitals was very much rushed. She spent probably three minutes with me if that the nurse usually spends more time with me and ask me how I am if I need to address anything But today she was very nice, but didn't seem to have her mind on my pace or on me. Thank you very much for letting me voice my concerns and have a good day.

We met him for the first time in Rolle like Dr. Haist. He explained everything to us and listen carefully.

It was a good experience except for the wait time. I was there at 1:50 for my 2:00 appt. I was called back within a few minutes but I had a long wait waiting for the Dr to come in. Everyone was friendly and did their jobs well. I like Dr. Haist. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Haist is very thorough in regards to testing and making and ruling out diagnosis and finding appropriate treatments, he is just difficult to communicate with. But as far as experience, concern, knowledge, thoroughness, explaining, expertise, technicality, track record and reputation from a Medical, Non bedside manner point of view, Dr Haist is absolutely one of the best. He stays on top of things, takes your concerns seriously and informs and follows up very quickly. Dr Haist is a great asset to Richmond Cardiology Associates.
