Learning a lot about my health thanks

My Dr took time to explain things to me and asked me questions.

Jeff is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. I trust him with my health care.

Do not want to sit in a room for 1 hour and 15 minutes ! Waiting on doctor .

My doctor seems to be very very busy and I don't see him maybe only every four times that I'm there. When I do see him, he talks very fast and seems like he isn't into my case that he's got so many things on his mind and things to do . My nurse practitioner spends more time with me and talks with me more. I get more feedback and information from her. I still can't tell you everything that's wrong with my heart. There are several things, but it's really not made clear to me like if someone asked me what was wrong with my heart. I can give him a few answers as to like the function of my heart, but I've never just been set down and told exactly all the things and what they're called and sometimes when they tell me what is wrong, they don't make it clear to me what it means or what my heart is doing and explaining it. Everybody in the office is very kind and helps with whatever you need. Check in and check out. It's very good. The nurse that took me in today and weighed me and took my vitals was very much rushed. She spent probably three minutes with me if that the nurse usually spends more time with me and ask me how I am if I need to address anything But today she was very nice, but didn't seem to have her mind on my pace or on me. Thank you very much for letting me voice my concerns and have a good day.

Dr. Haist and his staff where very helpful.

We met him for the first time in Rolle like Dr. Haist. He explained everything to us and listen carefully.

It was a good experience except for the wait time. I was there at 1:50 for my 2:00 appt. I was called back within a few minutes but I had a long wait waiting for the Dr to come in. Everyone was friendly and did their jobs well. I like Dr. Haist. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Like Dr. Haist he is a good cardiologists he is very polite cares about his patients .Comfortable to talk to l like him .

Thought he forgot I was there. After the nurse took B/P set in a room over and hour.

Today was a great experience, very friendly staff, and great Dr. Only exception was, a 1:30 appointment ended up being a 2:45 appointment. I appreciate that my Dr. takes all the time needed to address patients issues.

Dr. Haist is extremely knowledgeable and has empathy for your condition.

Dr Haist is very thorough in regards to testing and making and ruling out diagnosis and finding appropriate treatments, he is just difficult to communicate with. But as far as experience, concern, knowledge, thoroughness, explaining, expertise, technicality, track record and reputation from a Medical, Non bedside manner point of view, Dr Haist is absolutely one of the best. He stays on top of things, takes your concerns seriously and informs and follows up very quickly. Dr Haist is a great asset to Richmond Cardiology Associates.

CoQ-10 worked. No leg cramps last night. Hopefully it works! CVS had buy a bottle get another 1/2 off. So I have an ample supply!

Was taken to exam room at time of appointment, it was 45 minutes before I was seen by doctor. This seems to me to be to long to wait to be seen.
