Dr. Taylor was great! She took time with me and listened to and answered all my questions. She is very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend her to others.

My overall experience with Reid and my fertility journey has been nothing short of awful. Dr. Brandenstein was amazing but other than that, I had nothing but issues and problems. Reid has been a horrible experience for me and I am switching providers.

Dr. Taylor and her staff went above and beyond making my surgery a pleasant experience. She wasn't only present during my surgery but after. I truly felt 100% cared for. I would recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone needing female care. She listens, and explains any concerns you may have. I have also communicated via My Chart and was responded back to in a quick manner. The staff working with my insurance company/short term disability went above and beyond and called to let me know when everything was sent in. Thank you all so much for such professionalism!

Doctor was behind due to an emergency c-section. I really liked her and the nurse she had that came in with her. Both were very polite and listened to me and my husband. I just wish the two nurses who checked me in would have said why the doctor hadn't shown up yet. I had to come out of the room to check in unless if they didn't know.

I've never felt comfortable with any OBGYN appointment. I was made to feel comfortable from the check in staff , the nurse and the provider. She listened to me and didn't shut me down regarding a tubal like 3 previous providers have. Would definitely send any of my friends or family her way.

First time that I can't complain about getting a pap smear

We went to see this doctor for a Preconception consultation, however there was no option to schedule that specific appointment type in the system. This complicated things slightly with the nursing team, but once we made clear our intentions they did very well. It would be nice if Preconception was an option for people to select when scheduling an obgyn appointment.

Dr. Taylor was so kind and caring after my pregnancy loss. She sat with my husband and I and answered every question we had and gave us great encouragement. She was by far the most considerate Dr. I have ever seen at Reid.
