We trust Dr Lee with taking care of us

I trust Dr Lee with his knowledge, experience and manner of how he treats me as a patient.

I don't appreciate our Doctor Office becoming a Ortho walking In Clinc from m-f 8 am - 8 pm . The office is packed and my last visit I had to wait an hour just to see my doctor when I had a APPOINTMENT. Don't use OUR APPOINTMENT Doctors for a Walk in Clinc during APPOINTMENT HOURS ! To many people that had appointments was in office waiting and COMPLAINING about the long waits because of the walk ins . We ARE appointments and should be waited in on our appointment time. This last appointment wasn't to bad for me as my appointment before , but there was several VERY unhappy people waiting on their Dr. APPOINTMENT TIME WAY TO LONG. This issue really needs to be addressed and something done ... like making sure APPOINTMENT VISITS COME BEFORE WALK INS .

My app. With DrLee went well. He was suggested by a friend who treated him an I'm glad I did. He seems to be very skilled in his profession!

My appointment was at 10:30 . After thirty min I was called back. After about 20 min Dr came in . 15 min later I left. Now I know Dr's get behind BUT if I showed up 30 min late , I would have had to reschedule. All this AFTER I drove 2 hours one way .

The provider basically told me that I'm a red flag because of how the DOL doctor the referral doctor had put me in two hour a day restrictions and the rest sit down work. He wouldn't let me explain that I just had a MRI and having same issues in the opposite knee. Then proceeds to tell me that he won't be able to fix it correctly because I need a knee replacement. Said that it was something that had happened over a long period of time and because of that they won't let him do that surgery. Well I've been with this job 20 year what's a long time in his mind? So he won't even push for the the way it should be done because he already has it in his head that they will deny it. So here I have a doctor telling me that he won't even try to do the surgery that needs to be done and basically told me I might have to find something less strenuous on my knees. I have never been treated that way and know that this surgery I'll be needing I'm the opposite knee he won't be doing.

Love Dr Lee. He is always professional and kind . Glad he is my Dr.
