My appointment for a " new patient" was scheduled at 9:50. I did not see doctor until 11:10. I think not respecting a persons time is completely unacceptable. I understand things happen but, I do not feel as if this were the case. Also, I have been a Reid patient for years and did not have a health care provider for months, due to a gap in your coverage.

Dr. G is our family doctor and has been for years and we love him and the staff!! He's One of the only doctors I've ever had that's thorough in his care and listens to us, and the only doctor who's ever given me a house call during emergency with my health and I appreciate that FOREVER!! I recommend him all the time!! Quality over quantity is the best type of doctor!

The wait at this office is really long..regardless of morning or night appointments. Usually takes over an hour to be seen.

I trust my provider. Reid folk do a great job. They go out of their way to take care of me. 10 out 10

Staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Gamilla is a very personable and concerned doctor. He offered suggestions and ideas to help with issues about my health. He laughed as we talked, easing the worry for me and my health problems. He also was interested in hearing about family life and was a good listener. My son's appointment was scheduled for 3:00. He was called back very close to 3:00, but Dr Gamilla didn't enter the room until 3:40. I overheard that office staff and a fellow patient both mention that the fellow patient had missed an appt in the morning and Dr Gamilla had agreed to see him at the same time as my son's appointment. This was highly inconsiderate of the patients who were at the office at the correct time for scheduled appointments. No patient should have to wait in a room for 40 minutes to be seen.

Dr. Gamilla and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel completely at ease to discuss my problems without feeling ridiculed and I truly trust him to make the right decision.

One funny thing I noticed waiting for an elevator on the second floor. On the sign right in front of the elevators, I noticed the word "appointment" was misspelled. Told a couple people who were going to talk to marketing.
