Take a step toward better health this spring. Join Reid Health and our community partners for a FREE wellness event focused on prevention, education, and support—right here in Richmond.

This event is free for all guests 18+ and no ID is required. No appointment needed - just walk in.

Free Lunch & Wellness Resource Bags

The first 100 guests who complete their screenings will receive a free boxed lunch provided by Downtown Deli, along with a bag filled with wellness and hygiene supplies.
