Everything you need to know about primary, specialty care opening at the new Reid Health Connersville

The final phase for the opening of the new Reid Health Connersville campus comes next week.
Primary care and specialty care offices will start seeing patients on Monday, April 13. Here’s everything you need to know before your first appointment at the new facility.
Where do I park?
The main drive is located at the new traffic signal along Park Road.
When facing the building from the parking lot, there are two entrances to the facility itself. The main one is in the middle of the building. This entrance should be used when accessing the primary and specialty care offices (which will open Monday, April 13) as well as outpatient lab, radiology, and Infusion Therapy.
The other entrance is located on the north end of the building for the Emergency Department and respiratory function testing.
Public parking spaces are located in front of both entrances as well as along the south side of the building.
Where do I go to check in?
Patients can always use the MyReid mobile app to complete the check-in process ahead of their appointment. Otherwise, there are two options onsite:
- Digital kiosks – A handful of digital kiosks are available in the lobby just inside the main entrance. Reid Health staff will be on hand to help those who want to check in this way.
- Registration desks – There are registration desks near the waiting areas for primary care and specialty care.
Anyone who checks in using the MyReid app or a digital kiosk should still be sure to tell the staff at the proper registration desk they’ve arrived for their appointment.
Which primary care providers will be seeing patients there?
All of Reid’s primary care providers in Connersville are moving to the new campus to form Reid Health Primary Care Connersville. That includes:
- Jennifer Counceller, NP
- Bradley DuBois, MD
- Christi Holmes, MD
- Heather Jarboe, NP
- Scott Marsteller, MD
- Haleigh Poe, PA
- John Tan, MD
- Jessica Williams, NP
The practice is accepting new patients. If you need a provider, call the Reid Health Referral Line at (765) 935-8934.
If you’re already a patient and need an appointment, you can always call the office at (765) 827-8977, or you can use the MyReid mobile app or online Patient Portal.
Where is the primary care office?
Reid Health Primary Care Connersville is on the first floor. Once you come in the main entrance, head straight toward the main stairway. The primary care registration desk will be just to your right, across from the elevators.
The waiting area extends south from the registration desk all the way down the corridor. Staff at the desk will tell you which door along the hallway to sit near while you wait to be called back for your visit.
Which specialty care services will be seeing patients at the new building?
Specialty care offices on the second floor will include:
- Allergy
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology (new to Connersville)
- ENT & Hearing Center
- General Surgery
- Neurology (new to Connersville)
- OB/GYN
- Oncology
- Podiatry
- Pulmonary
- Urology
- Wound Healing
How do I get to the specialty care offices?
All the specialty care services are located on the second floor. If you take the main stairway up, turn to the left once you’ve reached the second floor. If you use the elevators, you’ll turn to your right.
Just like with primary care, the specialty care waiting area runs south from the registration desk all the way down the corridor. Staff at the desk will tell you which door along the hallway to sit near while you wait to be called back for your visit.
How can I contact someone if I have a question before my appointment?
The Message Center in the MyReid app and Patient Portal can be used to reach out with any questions you might have, or you can call the appropriate office.
