I really appreciate hoe he took the time to explain why and what the VNS was actually doing along with hiw medicines can change and should be monitored well at times. He was very sufficient and helped me understand questions I had wondered about for some time. My previous neurologist retired a while back.

Asked not to see this provider and he was the one that walked in today at my appt. I asked to see Dr. Goggins originally at Reid neuro and this appt also got changed to a different provider without them telling me. My last two appointments I've waited an hour to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was very pleased with my experience today. It's unfortunate the Dr. Is here on a temporary contract. I would love for this doctor to be my neurologist.

We started w Reid Neurology in early 2023.... Since that time we have seen a different provider at every interaction. All seem knowledgeable but seriously can we see the same provider routinely ? I would think that would be much better. I can't even track all ones we have seen without referring to paperwork.

Quick and efficient

He was a fill in doctor but read my file. I have seen 2 different physicians in my last 2 visits. I need 1 doctor to stay and get to know me like Dr. Burkhart did.

My interim doc I had I was very impressed with. I learned a couple of things that I have never been told about seizures. He seems to truly care about all the patients he sees. To bad he has to go back to Michigan at the end of the yr.

The Dr was absolutely amazing, I know he's just part time but he was a Dr I would travel the world to be able to stay his patient!

My only complaint is that none of the many emails I received about this appt mentioned that it was in the medical building, not the hospital. This caused a major inconvenience in that I needed a wheelchair and someone to push it to the other bldg. Although it gave the address, that meant very little to me. The email should state that the office is in the medical building, not the hospital.

Dr Halladay was so good. I'm so glad he took the time to listen and talk with me. I wasn't sure what my next step was going to be while looking for answers, but he really answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

The staff was very personable and caring about my concerns.

I would like to have a consistent neurologist rather than seeing someone different each time I have contact with Reid neurology.

Too long explanations about each drug, when they were created, etc. Too all long time to explain a simple question

Unfortunately this doctor only has a contract till year end.

Dr Halladay was excellent. He listened to me and gave abundant information about my concerns, which I appreciated. He had a very good understanding of my issues and offered solutions according to my goals. It was very nice to have a dr who had thoroughly reviewed my history.

Jeffrey Halladay is a good doctor. He was one of the doctor's that took care of me when I had my stroke the end of December, 2023. He is always very nice, kind, listens to your questions and answers your concerns. He is an asset to your hospital.

I had an excellent service. I don't know what to do next since my husband and I have blue cross and blue shield insurance and I am told our insurer is not accepted by Reid. Since we are expecting future needs we are upset to need searching for other hospitals and providers.

Dr . Halladay was informative; but he talked a lot; I felt I had to struggle to comment, or ask a question. However he definitely left an opening for me to ask about leg numbness I had been experiencing. He diagnosed that as sciatica. I was given treatment options & info on the sciatica, as well as a site to research. 9 out of 10

Reid should keep Dr. Halladay around. He is a wonderful asset to your practice!

For the first time visit with this Dr, I am very satisfied.

Doctor very informative with my current conditions, what to expect in the future, answered my questions, listened to my concerns.

The office staff is always great! My appointment was w/Dr Halladay. I was impressed with his knowledge and when he walked in the room he was familiar with my health hx. He has a great personality and explained everything he was saying in layman's terms so I would have a clear understanding. I am not a fan of having Locums for my care. I don't like to be bounced around from dr to dr. However, I know Dr Halladay is a locum, but I think Reid should really consider keeping him. He would definitely be an asset to Neurology and Reid. On another note, the only thing I do not like, is when my appointment is done and before I walk out of the room, the MA schedules my next appointment. I should have a say when have scheduling my next appointment. The office staff does not know my schedule. I noticed this has happened my last 2 visits. This is the only office that does this. When the MA handed me my Visit Summary (which doesn't need to be printed because I look in MyChart-another thing I should be asked before wasting the paper. Again, this is the only office that prints this off and doesn't even ask if I want it printed) she told me my appointment was scheduled. I told her that I would have to look at my schedule to see if the date/time was ok. She looked at me and said "You can just call and reschedule ". I didn't care for that response. Now I have to waist my time and reschedule an appointment that I didn't have a say so on the date and time. Thank you

It is a little awkward having to see a different doctor for most appointments. I assume it's hard to keep doctors in Richmond and I've had to change 3 of my doctors to Oxford Ohio. Dermatology, GI and Rheumatology. I also see a mental doctor through Meridian but here in Richmond. I do believe my Neurology care is suffering. I'm just glad my health is stable right now.

I like him Very thoroughly discussing my case. Nice guy wish they were all like him!
