Reid Health is a proud partner of Concorde Career College, Inc. With our partnership, we are able to offer the Respiratory Therapy online option. Current employees can complete coursework online and complete clinical and lab hours within our hospital.

Respiratory therapists focus on breathing and cardiopulmonary issues. The Respiratory Therapy Associate Degree program at Concorde focuses on preparing students for the knowledge and skills of a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), which includes oxygen therapy, bronchodilator, chest physiotherapy, ECG and more.
Job opportunities are prevalent with hospitals, sleep labs, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities and more.

Online objectives:
- Provide students with entry-level knowledge and skills in the field of respiratory care
- supply competent Respiratory Therapists to the national work pool.
- Prepare students for advanced-level competency as Registered Respiratory Therapists.
- Learn in an environment that is consistent with an actual workplace and clinical experience.
Online class time includes synchronous and asynchronous learning time. Lab sessions will be approximately 3-6 hours per week while clinical hours will be 12-18 hours per week.
