Join us for an open house (Under the Big Top!) and discover how PACE makes it possible for eligible seniors to continue living safely and confidently at home with a team dedicated to their unique needs.

Meet our compassionate care team, including Dominique Stewart, NP, tour the PACE Center, and learn how our interdisciplinary team works together to provide medical care, rehabilitation, transportation, nutrition services, social support, and more—all through one coordinated program designed around each participant.

Whether you're exploring care options for yourself, a parent, spouse, or another loved one, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet the people behind the program, and see firsthand how PACE helps seniors remain as independent as possible while receiving the care they need.
