Medical Nutrition Education
Nutrition Education offers provider-referred, personalized nutrition counseling to support wellness and medical conditions across cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and more.
Medical nutrition education designed to support overall health
Diabetes & Nutrition Education supports your health and wellness through personalized, evidence-based guidance from Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs). While nutrition plays an important role in diabetes care, our services go far beyond diabetes—supporting patients with a wide range of medical conditions and overall wellness goals.
Our dietitians work closely with your care team to help ensure your nutrition plan aligns with your diagnosis, treatment plan, and lifestyle. Nutrition Education is available by provider referral and is designed to complement care across many specialties at Reid Health.
How nutrition education supports your care
Nutrition can play a key role in managing symptoms, improving outcomes, and supporting long-term health. Our Registered Dietitians provide individualized nutrition counseling that may help patients:

- Reduce nutrition-related complications
- Align diet with medical treatments and medications
Each plan is tailored to the individual—there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
