The center also includes Vascular Care from our Vascular Specialists.Home Health offers caregiving and health services within your home, depending on your specific needs. Services provided by Home Health can include nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, support from a social worker, and help with a home aide.Reid Health Home Medical Equipment is located within the first level of the hospital's main campus. After leaving the hospital for an appointment or discharge, you can conveniently pick up over the counter medicines, wound healing supplies, medical equipment, diapers, safety equipment and more.Hospice care is end of life care, dedicated to providing their patients quality of life through medical, nursing, and personal care as well as support from a social worker and chaplain. - pReid Health PACE Center is a Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly. The goal of the PACE Center is to allow eligible seniors an opportunity to live safely, independtly, and in their own homes. Each participant has custom care plans and a team of specialists to provide care.Pain management is a comprehensive approach to those experiencing pain from an illness or an orthpedic condition. Reid Health's Pain Management specialists work in collaboration with care specialists to develop individual care plans depending on patient need. Services include injections, nerve blocks, or referrals to physical therapy or other therapeutic services.Palliative Care is focused on providing relief from symptoms from chronic disease or serious illness. The goal is to manage symptoms and to promote quality of life.
