At Reid Ready Care Walk-in Clinic, we treat a variety of minor illnesses, conditions, and injuries that aren’t life-threatening but need to be addressed promptly. Come see us inside the Meijer store in Richmond, Indiana. We see patients ages 7 months and older. Visits take about 15-20 minutes but wait times can vary.

Know before you go

The Reid Ready Care Clinic is designed to treat minor illnesses and injuries quickly and conveniently. To help set the right expectations, please review the information below before your visit.

  • Patients 6 months and under cannot be seen at this clinic
  • Blood draws and imaging services are not available
  • Childhood vaccines are not offered
  • Patients 12 weeks pregnant or further cannot be treated
  • Medication refills are not provided
  • Narcotics or other controlled substances are not prescribed
  • Some patients may be referred for additional care based on their diagnosis

  • Bronchitis
  • Bug bites and stings
  • Cold sores/canker sores
  • Coughs/colds
  • Earaches and ear infections
  • Eye infections
  • Laryngitis
  • Lice
  • Minor burns
  • Minor cuts (no stitches)
  • Minor eye irritation
  • Pink eye and styes
  • Poison ivy and poison oak
  • Pre-participating physicals
  • Rashes
  • Removal of stitches, sutures, and stapling
  • Respiratory/flu-like symptoms
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sinus infections/congestion
  • Sore throat/strep throat
  • Sunburn
  • Swimmer's ear
  • Tetanus (only because of injury)
  • Upper-respiratory infections
  • Urinary tract/bladder infections

We don't offer:

  • Blood draw for laboratory testing
  • Childhood vaccinations'
  • Evaluation and treatment for pregnancy-related issues
  • Imaging services such as X-rays
  • Medication refills
  • Prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances
  • Stitches
