7. Arthur Stern

The stained glass installation featured on the facade of the Golay Chapel was created by artist Arthur Stern. Drawing inspiration from renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright's geometric glass detailing, Stern is also sensitive to the environment in which his work will be viewed. Stern created the stained glass exclusively for the Golay Chapel to reflect a sense of the healing environment, a theme prevalent among the work in the Reid art program.
