Did you know that each year, about 110,000 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with oral, head, and neck cancer? Head and neck cancer is often found in late stages, but prevention and early detection is key.
Head and neck cancer is cancer that impacts your mouth, nose and sinuses, throat, salivary glands, or voice box. It's most prominent in adults who are 50 and older, but men have statistically higher occurrences than women. Those who smoke and consume alcohol are most at risk, but other factors include viruses like the human papilloma virus (HPV), those with weakened immune systems who have been exposed to environmental exposures like chemicals, and those who work around toxic chemicals.
A FREE, 10-minute cancer screening could save your life.
