Patient Financial Services office moves to main Reid Health campus

Oct. 4, 2024 -- Patients who'd like to pay their bill in-person, get help with billing questions, request a copy of their medical records, or seek financial assistance can do so on the main Reid Health campus in Richmond starting Monday.

Reid's Patient Financial Services team is moving from the building at 600 E. Main St. in downtown Richmond to the health system's campus at 1100 Reid Parkway.

The new Patient Financial Services office will be found in the Outpatient Care Center. Visitors can go in through the Reid Cancer Center entrance on the building's north side and check in at the window on their immediate left.

Hours for the team remain 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
