Got there day after Level2 weather at 5:30. We were told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. We were out the door before the 1 1/2 hour passed. Great service. Very thorough.

Aly was the best! She was so kind, professional, informative, and wise . Made me feel at ease and told me everything I needed to know to deal with my broken ankle. I was in tears , and she made me feel like she truly cared. Can't say enough good things about her.

Trey from Reid athletic center referred us over and went above and beyond to help us get into ortho. Our ortho dr was also great I loved how they worked together and made our visit easy and super fast. Phenomenal job by both clinics today. Everyone from the nurse to receptionists to the X-ray techs were extremely nice and made for a wonderful visit.

I was told when I arrived that the waiting time would be 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours within 1/2 hour I was taken back to see the doctor had xrays treated and done within a 1/2 hour I was very happy with how fast they were thank you very much

Bandage to tight when first time .walk in clinic found my problem..

Not only made myself comfortable for my daughter's care, but my daughter was comfortable enough to actually speak for herself and not need my encouragement to speak on how she felt after her injury. Went over all testing results for my daughter's concussion and made sure to cover all bases for my daughter to be cleared to return to play sports. Wolfe had taken the time to fully read my daughter's chart to ensure she was providing the right care for her. Absolutely enjoyed our appointment with her. She does a fantastic job!

Allí was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She showed me the X-rays and explained them to me.

I felt listened to and understood! I was given options to deal with arthritis pain!

I was seen promptly at the drop in clinic. They requested a new xray and did the requested injections in record time with no hassles. The NP hit the spot with minimal pressure but very little pain. I couldn't ask for more.

I had a nice experience today at my appointment but I am really upset that you lost Dr. Nuttall. He did my prior knee surgery and did a fantastic job. My joints are complexed and he was able to replace and fix my knee. Going in with my first knee, we discussed both needed replaced. Now I'm not so sure the doctors will be able to do my second knee due to it being complicated. Dr. Nuttall was confident he could fix them both. I am waiting to hear if I will need to be referred to Muncie. It's a shame you couldn't keep him and now your other doctors are overloaded.

The child still can't walk even with a brace for the sprained ankle. No crutches either. How is she supposed to get around.

The female Nurse Practitioner was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable with her and she actually sat down and LISTENED to what I had to say and answer all of my questions. I would love to have her to be all of my Dr.s. I would love to tell you her name but unfortunately I have forgotten. She is definitely OUTSTANDING!!

I walked in without an appointment but was told the honest time frame to be seen. I totally respect that. The nurses and x-ray technician were fabulous and treated me like I was the most important patient. The NO who seen me was informative, and answered all my questions. I knew they were very busy, but she took her time, and I never felt rushed. I was extremely happy with the care I received.

I was very pleased with the walk in ortho. From start to finish everyone was great! I was so happy to learn that you have a walk in facility it helped me out tremendously. Ali Wolfe was amazing. She took the time with me,was very friendly and helped me out with my situation right away. Thank you Reid ortho and all staff...amazing experience and will definitely be back!

The nurses were all kind and compassionate and caring. This was our first time ever using the walk-in clinic and it seems you have to "learn as you go" if you want to figure out what's going on and what to expect. It is now 7:22 PM and I believe my wife's X-ray was taken around 10 AM or so. The results are still not available to view in MyChart and based on what we were told, they probably won't be until sometime tomorrow morning whenever someone gets around to entering this in MyChart. First time it has ever taken longer than 30 minutes to view test results. Overall we are pleased, I will just have to see over the next couple of days if the treatment plan we were given provides positive results or if we have to call someone and try something different. I can only continue to pray that my wife gets the relief and comfort she needs and deserves.

My nurse practitioner Allee was excellent and spent a lot of time with me, explaining my injury and what to do. Also my nurse Betsy was very kind and really listen to my pain in my shoulder.

Ortho Clinic is one of the best services that Reid offers! Quick and efficient!

The provider that I had experience with told me the options that I could take and knew I had a medical history of diabetes and the medicines that would disrupt my blood sugar. I am very pleased that she knew where. to start and where to finish if therapy didn't work

This was my first visit to the walk in Ortho. I waited about an hour which was not an issue. The LPN that checked me in seemed perturbed, not with me but in general. Ali Wolfe NP was friendly and took good care of me.

Such a great experience. She really cared and diagnosed me so quickly. She got me even needed. I will def go back to see her soon for any issues I have and I am so glad we have this service available to us.

We had the best experience here. Everyone was extremely nice and kind. As soon as the Dr. left the room, my son said "I really like her!" She was the best and made my son feel comfortable.

It was great because i was able to go after work and not needing an appointment was very important because when you have to schedule an appointment with a dr office its so long before you can get in therefore your in pain and discomfort longer. This was my first visit to this REID Health facility, alone and age 87 . I was greatly surprised by the quick response to my immediate medical needs. I was having acute knee pain which suddenly affected my ability to walk. The registration staff quickly called to others to support me & get me into a chair

I was listened to by both the intake person as well as the practitioner. After explaining the available options for treatment we agreed to try an approach that I felt most comfortable with. I appreciate that she allowed me to view the X-rays to illustrate why I was experiencing discomfort. She was professional as well as compassionate.

Ms. Wolfe-Moon was extremely helpful and caring, listening to my problem and recommending further care with a Reid orthopedist. I will request her when I visit them e clinic!

My injury occured at home. No need to ask about my health. The PA was caring and thourough.

Issues could have been caught earlier if other Providers would have taken their time and looked or checked out all my concerns and where I was pin pointing my pain. I was there to get some relief and Provider prescribed meds for me to get relief. I appreciate the Provider sharing information about my options for treatment. Provider has sent referral. All staff were nice and pleasant to speak with. I am definitely Glad there is a walk in clinic.

Staff still has not taken care of my knee brace as promised and it's been over a week and was told would be the next day ... Was told to call Dasko for a personal delivery to me vs. the original plan to pick up at office the day or two post visit - Dasko has no order & no return calls ...

I always love my appointments with Angie H. and Dr. Elbash! I can add Ms. Wolfe-Moon to that list now. She was awesome with fantastic bedside manners. She was very patient with me and explained all the issues in detail.
