Didn't send my meds into the pharmacy so now I have to wait all weekend with out meds

Angie is very informative and very thorough.

Dr Hornak seemed disoriented, sweaty and unkempt. She put a stethoscope on my chest and back and sent me on my way. All because I needed my blood pressure medicine, that I had been without for over a month. Seems kind of reckless and problematic. And to have to pay for this visit is even crazier. There should be a better way. A healthier way. What if I would have had a stroke or heart attack without my medicine? Sure glad I didn't

It was a pleasant experience.

I spent a long time in the room waiting. Then the provider only spent a few minutes with me and seemed rushed and preoccupied.

My primary caregiver wasn't available today and the people I met with were and recommended I come in for an electrocardiogram. Super staff...

My wait for the blood testing at the hospital was very short. I had expected it to be a lengthy line.

I feel like Angie Hornak knows my history and tries to help me

My appt with Dr Hornak was for possible UTI and also to get established with a primary care physician. Future appt set in about a month for followup, etc.

It was easy to communicate and she listened well to my chief concern (not getting enough sleep).

I love Dr. Hornak's energy or aura. She's so pleasant and knowledgeable . I had been a patient of Dr. William Black's for many, many years and when I learned he was leaving Reid, I was so sad. I elected Dr. Angela Hornak to be my new GP and I feel as if I made the right decision!

I feel like the nurse had not looked at my blood work results before my visit. I had a lot of high totals on my results and did not get to see what they involved. I had some low totals and did not get to see what they involved. I know part of this is my fault for not asking what they all involved before I left the office. I have learned a lesson on this.

Do not like leaving message for call back. Number given at call back is central scheduling and had to start all over trying to get appointment. Finally calked Dr office and stayed in line 20 minutes to get appointment rather than go through run around

Great experience. Kind Doctors and timely appointments. Positive environment that doesn't feel as much medical as it is homey. Very comfortable place to go and the Doctors listen very well. I 110% recommend!

Everyone was great at RIM. The front staff gentleman that checked in me did a great job, the MA did an amazing job reviewing my health history and Angie Hornak listened to my concerns and scheduled me for test and a follow up appointment. Great experience. Keep up the great work!

When your appointment is at 10:30 and several people get there after you but they go in before you and you don't get back to your doctor until 11. There's something wrong with the scheduling department.

Outstanding experience, except that the appointment was scheduled for 745 and I didn't see Dr. Hornak until 815. All the issues relating to my health were top notch.

She really listens to me. She's thorough and fast acting with any issue.

Couldn't see Dr Moynihan, I had to see a NP. I have cellulitis in my left ankle and I have a history of it. She didn't give me any antibiotics until the culture comes back that she took from an open sore on my foot.

The support staff was A grade. Thank you for asking. The landscaping around the hospital is beautiful!!

The nurse was absolutely amazing, she was the sweetest thing. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Clarissa maybe... She listened to everything I had to say and had the most positive attitude! And Dr. Hornack listened to me and didn't brush me off like every other doctor I've seen. It was my first experience here and I definitely feel like I was actually heard!

I love Dr. Elbash and NP Angie Hornak. They are very easy to talk with and I can talk to them about any issues and concerns. They are also fun to be with and I pass their names onto anyone looking for care. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

The people in this office were very nice and I received great care. However, I was ill yesterday, there were no appointments available, so I tried Ready Care but there was a 2 hour wait. I tried Urgent care but there was a 3 hour wait. So I missed another day of work because I couldnt get seen anywhere. Again, the people in this office were wonderful. But it seems there should be more resources put to being able to see patients throughout the area.

Thanks to the fast response from the entire staff. I am already feeling the recovery effects kicking in. The diagnosis of covid was absolutely correct.

This was a phone call and she was on less than 5 minutes. Just said she would call something in for sore throat. Nothing about cough that I had.

Dr. Hornak was very informative as she was the first to tell me about a mass on my liver that was found in 2007 and was found to be benign, but was never explained to me or even brought to my attention.

Angie is always wonderful! She listens, she shows compassion...many providers don't.

Dr Angie is great and I highly recommend her.

This office is a mess..no one stays..they have told me about having panic attacks on their way to work..you know I have been using this office for years..I don't the Doctor in charge..I have not seen a real Dr. For years..I have been seeing the same NP for years..she use to be good..now I am less than a number..REID seems to have that effect on their staff....

Very well organized and new what to do in explaining what I need to do to fight the problem.
