Everyone was really nice and informative.

This walk in clinic is great. It moves along in areal timely fashion. Each stage was quick. Even when you have wait until the Doctor comes in, it's only a couple of minutes. The Doctor spent time with me and in no rush get me out of there. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

On a late Friday evening, I was able to speak with NP and she was able to address some concerns before heading into the weekend. I was able to have some pain relief and much needed sleep because she was able to send in medications for me.

There was not a diagnosis made on what's going on with my foot. They're trying to rule out things before they make the diagnosis I guess.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service since this was a walk-in office. Was not sure what to expect.

Walk in clinic so expected a wait, but was Monday after Thanksgiving and wait was longer than my last visit. Understandable, but still frustrating.

My provider was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. She listened with care. Very nice. I've used ortho urgent care several times and really appreciate it being there.

I was seen promptly. The staff and Provider was friendly, concerned and professional.

I was very impressed with her

I was in a lot of pain due to injuring my knee. After Xrays I saw the doctor and she gave me the right combination to prevent other ocurrences and a perscription for arthritis meds. And a brace. By that afternoon I was much better and able to walk around very well. I highly recommend walk in Wednesdays at Reid.

Spent 40 minutes or longer waiting on the person to see me after the x-rays were taken. .

Got in in a timely manner and after a few questions about medical history then off to the x-ray rm and a few minutes later a plan for treatment. Was in and out in about a hour and I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you.

As a walk-in it was an exceptionally long wait approximately 2 hours. That being said they advised me when I got there that it would be a 2-hour wait. Everyone there was very helpful polite and friendly.

Was no concern for any other of my body after my fall except for the ones that hurt. Did ask if I was ok or if anything else was hurting. Didn't seem to have concern for my health history. PA did not have a great bedside manner.

I was not happy about the pressure to pay $100 up front. The provider did not have the expertise to address my condition thoroughly and was vague in answering my questions about my treatment options. Nice person Well meaning.

Since I was a walk-in I could not expect to be seen quickly, but the wait time was reasonable.

I would recommend Orthopedic walk-in clinic. I was seen in a timely manner. The PA I saw was kind and very helpful with my knee pain.

Very good explanation and experience

I have to say "WOW " ! The ladies here at the Greenville location, walk in Wednesday, were just over the top wonderful folks. They took wonderful care of both of us ,me & my wife . I am a terrible patient but these ladies made it so easy for me to get my knees all fixed up. You can be and should be very proud and thankful for the great folks here.

Everyone from the receptionist, the x-ray technician, and the doctor were fantastic. I really felt like they knew what they were doing and it gave me a piece of mind. Thank you

Convenient and quick

The care was great except for I went in because of foot and hip pain I was walking with a cane to help support left side. So when time to go for xray I walked and walked , I could have used a wheelchair. Just saying . And if I need to return , I will ask for one. At least offer......

Does this clinic give after visit summaries as i did not get this. And would instructions be on there for some sort of MyChart so I could view for later. I did however receive therapy exercises and dexpak instructions.

I was a walkin and was told the approximate wait time. I was seen within that wait time. The people working at the main desk were very polite and helpful even as busy as they were.

The wait time was long, front desk advised me it would be. Once I was in the exam room there was no wait. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

She was very pleasant, thorough, and professional while putting me at ease. Would definitely recommend her and hope I get her again.

I am satisfied with my care. The only thing I would have changed was a bit of information on the cubital tunnel she had mentioned. She gave me info on lateral epicondylitis. I have gotten the braces she recommended for my elbow and am able to rest my arm without the pressure bothering me, but the pain still comes at times when moving my arm in various ways.

I think Reed is a very good place to be seen as I think thier care and ability to listen to you and explain what is going on with your problems they are nothing like the doctors you see in Greenville Ohio the doctors in Greenville Ohio just want to get you in and out as fast as possible I think Reed is better than anything you find in Greenville Ohio or Darke County Ohio.

I am waiting for follow up at Reid in Richmond. I must wait for medicare to approve a shoulder injection. My shoulder is still painful and when I get over there I want to talk about new back pain procedures that your new doctor might beable to do. Thankyou.

I feel that at least from my point of view that patients may feel more comfortable dealing with an actual doctor vs a PA or a NP.
