Trying to get an appointment until I reached the practitioner was very aggravating. They were polite, but once I seen that practitioner, it was great. I felt confident very knowledgeable. Very polite made more than comfortable so I want to continue on with this practitioner. Thank you for your help and I hope we explained it. If not, you can call. Let me know, thank you

If you "value your patient's", why can't you and Anthem agree on the contract???

She had a pleasant voice, and was extremely interested in the problem I have. She gave me alternatives what to do. She also said to give her a call after the medication she gave me was taken for two weeks. She was very well dressed in her medical, clothing. She didn't rush me and answered my questions. So very glad that I made this appointment with CARLEE.

Carlee listened to all of my concerns, and even when she didn't have the answers I was looking for, she assured me she was going to talk to her colleagues and see if they had any ideas or thoughts. She promised to get in touch if they came up with anything. And assured me that if I had any issues between now and my follow up, I could reach out to the office or via MyChart and she would get me in.

All the nurses were always smiling and so was the doctor more doctors need to learn from these people and good bedside manners
