Very attentive and offered valuable insight. Nice experience

Today was my first visit with Catherine Blyth, I felt very at ease with all the staff from the front office to the ladies working with patients in the back exam rooms. It's always a bit different to start with a new health care person, but Catherine made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, we addressed all my concerns and are moving forward with a healthy plan! I appreciate the pleasant experience today. I look forward to working with this group for all my health care. .

Catherine is patient and listens to all of my concerns . She never makes me feel rushed or like another number. If I have hesitation she never rushes or discounts my concerns. I've never liked going to Doctor visits but she makes it painless as possible.

This was my initial visit. As we work together in the future I will trust her even more.

In addition to the usual, Catherine detected an arrhythmia that I wasn't aware I had because it was asymptomatic. Result, right after my EKG I was sent to the ER, got a full regimen of testing plus a referral to a cardiologist. This was just to be a meet and greet meeting and already I'm getting my health needs addressed that I wasn't even aware of. She clearly explained what she detected and why she was ordering labs and the EKG, and her professionalism and caring interest in my need for information were commendable. I'm very comfortable referring her and the geriatric staff to others.

This was a telehealth visit. They called my wife instead of me. After she told them to call me, they still sent the link to her phone for the visit. They finally sent me a link, but it was 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

There were statements in the followup in hospital notes that certainly were untrue.

This is the 1st time seeing NP Christine Blythe. NP Kim is my my normal HCP. She is very friendly. She takes her time to listen. Went over what may be causing my dizziness. Recommended I have PT for my ears I agreed so she sent in a referral. Rhonda her nurse is also amazing.

I am disenchanted with modern medicine and I feel like patients should be taught how to avoid illness.....I am willing to exercise, eat differently and drink more water but sometimes this is ignored by modern medical people.
