Chelsea Uphaus FNP C

From the front desk, in between and checkout, everyone was so friendly. Chelsea took the time to explain things and then answered my questions. I usually see Lindsey Worley, but Chelsea was equally as nice and attentive to my questions.

The NP Chelsea Uphaus took great care of me and help to put a plan in place to manage future health needs.

Chelsea is amazing!! Recommend her to anyone who asks

Richmond Urology has consistently supplyied information in a timely manner w/o taking up a lot of time....this allows me to get to what I need to do within any given day.........and allows them to do the same.

Chelsea Uphaus is very easy to talk to. She listens to you and answers all your questions and makes sure you understand what she is telling you. She is definitely an asset for Reid.

There was no mention regarding doing a rectal exam. 1'st time that has ever happened since I have been getting Urological exams over last 16 years !! Perhaps she didn't deem it necessary.

I have always been treated kindly during my appointments. I never feel rushed. They always let me know what they are doing,what I need to do, and what my treatment plan will be. They explain things very well. I highly recommend them.

Not sure why you changed your scheduling practices but it will result in missed appointments and reduced level of care for your patients. You should be the ones doing the scheduling Not your patients

she didn't even know why I was there and also it's always about weight then she sets me up for three months to have my kidney stones removed and or go to some where else they said

Staff in Urology department are very kind & helpful.

Issue with scheduling a future appointment. Received a text to schedule an annual visit in less than 30 minutes after leaving the appointment. Should not have received the text since appointments are only available up to 3 months in advance.

Staff was very friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had.

The medical assistant who performed the BCG installation did and excellent job with very little discomfort.

Chelsea, Dr. Siegel, and all of the staff are understanding, knowledgeable, caring, professional and friendly. Everyone is easy with a smile and seem to be dedicated to the patient. I'm not surprised. Reid Health has always treated me this way.

We never saw Chelsea at urological care, but after meeting & talking with her we would highly recommend. She knows what she's doing & listens but mist importantly seems to care & doesn't make you feel rushed.

The vitals collected during visit were updated incorrectly in my chart. The NP was very thorough. Enough details were provided.

My visit with Chelsea Uphaus was great. She is a very compassionate person and always makes you feel like you're the only patient she has for the day. Never rushes,listens and makes you feel better about your issues. I'm very thankful for all she has done for me over the last year. Reid Urology saved my life and for that I will always be grateful !
