The clinic made my virtual appointment very easy and I appreciated the doctor's patience when I experienced issues with my camera. The doctor clearly explained things to me and listened and responded to the questions/concerns I had. Thank you to the staff and doctor!!

If the rating scales were above 10 I'd most definitely go up. Dr.Usmani is BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR I've dealt with in regards to my pain management, he's amazing. He listens,goes over different sinereoes of treatments we can try be it medications,at home exercises I can do, procedures,etc.. Always making sure I understand everything and I don't have any questions. I would recommend him to ANYONE.

The provider did not address my complete medical issue with my back all he did was tell me to stop smoking and ordered MRI and X-ray. That's fine but never addressed my issues with pain or pain management

I am finally feeling better but I didn't see this length of time to manage my pain and the physical therapy to stay out of the hospital, to stay out of a wheelchair and to move from a walker to a cane and relearning regular walk. So thankful all that is behind me.

I absolutely am very thankful for the care I have received from my doctor. There was a time I was in so much pain I couldn't walk without severe pain and I am grateful to know that if I need I can call my doctor and he will make sure he is there for me.

Dr. Usmani is a great doctor! He is such a kind, caring person and I always know when I'm having back issues he's always going to try to get to the root of the problem and get some treatment to help me get relief from my pain! I am so fortunate to have a doctor who actually listens and I feel cares about my situation. Alot of doctors I feel are rushed and don't really listen during appointments and are just ready to get out of there and thats frustrating to me! But Dr. Usmani is not like that at all and that's why I drive an hour and a half to go to see him when I am having issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great pain management doctor!!!

Dr. Usmani has helped me immensely with my severe back pain. He is always attentive and asks lots of questions before examining me and offering advice. I totally trust his care and appreciate that he has made it possible to see him quickly (outside of my regularly scheduled appointment) when necessary. He is compassionate about helping me control my pain. I suffer from multiple medical conditions and I am not an easy medical case to navigate so I also appreciate his patience. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.

He referred me to Physical Therapy.

I was told I was receiving a shot today, instead I got a visit about when they decide when I receive a shot. I'm still in pain every day, all day and no one seems to care. No one has done anything to relieve my pain!!

I got in quickly. The examination was good. Information was good.

This was a follow up telehealth call.The doctor said his office was going to call me and set up an appointment, but they never called.

This experience was great. However, the registration process was long and tedious. I did not like the questions about gender identity and feel that it doesn't make a difference to my care. Additionally the payment process ended up being confusing. I was charged for an office visit immediately and then after the telehealth appointment, that was backed out of my account and then I was billed. Neither the billing office or my bank could explain how this occurred.
