Dr. Baker is an excellent Podiatrist. He takes great care of me and he knows how to listen. I trust him completely.

There was no reason at this time to discuss preventing injury or illness. Dr. Baker is a phenomenal podiatrist and a very caring individual. He is easy to talk to; and comfortable to be around.

My nurse was amazing at calming my fears, as was Dr Baker. I had myself all worked up for nothing. Barely felt the numbing and the whole procedure was done in no time. Was not told how long to keep foot wrapped up.Or how long to keep ice on it or if I need to schedule another visit

I receive way too many survey requests so I rarely complete them. In this instance I was so happy that I decided to complete this. I was expecting that I'd have to go to Urgent Care to get someone to look at my issue. I got an appointment within a few hours and Dr Baker got me worked in. I really appreciated him and his staff getting me taken care of.

The entire staff that I encountered fron the time I walked in the door were helpful, considerate, and reacted to my needs.

Dr. Bakers asst. Became very loud and talked over me . She asked me if I was there for a diabetic check. When I tried to tell her that was not what I was there for. She same as said well are you saying they are wrong. When I tried to tell her I was there because I thought I had a in grown toenail and infection inmy leg. She got mad and started talking very loud and talking over me. She left the room. The Dr. Came in and assumed I was in the wrong. He did finally listen. He got a other asst. To come in and she was kind and considerate. I have less than 20 50 vision because of wet and dry macular degeneration. So can't cut my own toenails because I can't see them. Dr. Fid not even check my toenail. He left the room. Came back and said see me in a year. It is your heart. He just pushed me out thinking I was in the wrong not the first asst. I feel slighted. Excuse my spelling it is hard to see while using my phone. The first asst. Was having a bad day or something. I won't go back

Need better scheduling

I was having a bad leg day and the ladies were so nice they helped me in they also helped me out this place is the greatest and very caring and thank you so much

The providers were very kind and careful not to hurt you when they're working I appreciate that especially when they had a solution in the connections already in my arm the solution going in with hurting me and I said something she came around and worked on it right away so very kind sweet care for the patience while being I thank you and I would recommend the nurses that worked on me to work on anybody else thanks again

I trust Dr Baker 100% with my care, he knows my history. He knew what was wrong as soon as he seen me.

All staff worked well with my grown grandson on the autism spectrum to get his ingrown toenail taken care of kindly and efficiently.

I felt he was rude and didn't want to waste his time with me. He said all people will have nail fungus at sometime in their life. (Like it was no big deal). I assumed a podiatrist would be the one to see.

To just trim toe nails seems that the co-pay was alittle to much being how you are having to be there 4 times a year. It seems to be excessive.

Definitely a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and a great communicator.

After reading my after visit and the doctor notes. Some things in his notes were incorrect The instructions he wrote in his notes weren't told to me. Reference to exercises for my planter fasciitis . He stated that I handle the treatment well, but I didn't handle it well at all. The nurse had to help hold my leg down because after a few needle went in a few different place It made me jump several a times. The pain was unbearable in a few spots he move the needle into the heel. The pain could have came from the bone fragments or something else. I have had treatments of injection into my knees and it very uncomfortable for a brief moment, then it's over. My foot was hurting and throbbing all night long.

I'm impressed by Reid's walk-in ortho program. I was able to see the doctor quicker than if I had gone through the ER or an urgent care.

I had to wait an additional 2 hours because I was told my appointment was at 1 pm but got there and was told it was at 2:45 pm. I wasn't notified of the time change and it's a bit upsetting. That's the only real issue I have. Very nice staff and Dr. Baker is a pleasant young man. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
