Dr. Vail was extremely kind and professional. My mother has dementia and hard of hearing so he not only got to speak to her he spoke to 3 of her kids. He examined the affected area and gave us instructions for continued care before our next follow up meeting.

I feel like this doctor actually wants to help people

The front desk attendant Amanda ( I think) was super helpful. Also the nurse was a delight to talk to!

I understand fully that's hard for me at times

This was the first time seeing this provider. It was a last minute appointment that they graciously squeezed me in. . Provider had no real time to review my chart prior, but listened to me and rather than rush a treatment or diagnosis, asked for time to thoroughly review the chart and get back with me. I greatly appreciated that response. He was very friendly and respectful. Definitely and asset to Reid Health.

He was very attentive to my questions and very good at explaining. He and his nurse and receptionist were very personable and respectful

Great Doctor

Dr. Vail is very knowledgeable and is careful to explain what can or will happen. He makes sure you know what to do if it does happen. He is very pleasant and knows my medical history. If I need an infectious disease Dr. again, I am sure it will be Dr. Vail.
