I feel that this visit was mostly a waste of my time.

Dr. Nuttall is good at telling you the truth about your condition. Most appreciated.

Answered all of my questions.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, I have visited most departments in the hospital more than once. Everyone single person I have come in contact with is an outstanding person. I haven't had a bad experience in any area I've been in. My visit today was wonderful and I'm confident Dr Nuttal will fix me. Cherish your employees, they are good people

I was very disappointed in my visit! I made the appointment believing he was going to check my wrist and my thumb out! I was told I had to pick and choose which one I wanted seen today and come back for the other one! I will not be coming back!

I have been well taken care of with this provider

Dr. Nuttall and his staff has been exemptlery throughout all of my surgeries. There were issues with transitioning thru therapies and hospital care after surgery but this had nothing to do with Dr. Nuttall's staff.

Too many electronic messages. If you want to remind me of an appointment, do that! Don't refer me to your patient portal and there remind me I have an appointment.

I felt really rushed and still didn't achieve anything and I left even more terrified seeking answers!

I really like Dr Nuttall and his team. Thank You

As a patient coming into your group as kind of an outsider, I found everyone to be of a very welcoming nature. I even told the Dr that I wish I could clone him and take him back to the VA, just to show them how a good Dr treats his patients, cares about them, and even listens to them. This visit was one of rare occurrence in the world of the VA. I hope your service stays available to us in the VA, because we need it very badly!!! THANK ALL OF YOU FOR BEING THERE!

Dr. Nuttall was very informative. He took the time to explain my issues in a way that helped me understand what was happening to my knee and why. I am so grateful to him.

Dr. Nuttall is one of the best dr there is. He always is concern about what wrong with you. I always tell people he's the best dr. His staff is always friendly. From the front desk to when you go back to see the dr.

My appointment was at 1015 in Connersville and I went to the Richmond Orthopefics building by mistake. Dr Nuttall allowed me to see him in Connersville at 1130 instead of having to wait. That was awesome.

pointless and ridiculous. they scheduled me for an appointment with a surgeon who couldn't tell me anything about my issue, found nothing wrong on the mri, and said there was nothing he could do. there was no point to this appointment as all it did was waste my time and energy, which i have little of, as well as possibly someone elses time who could have had a better reason to be there. typical worthlessness from reid, where they only want the appointment for the insurance money.

Bless Dr Nuttall's heart ??, he was EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC to my conditions and symptoms!!!

Somewhat disappointed, but I was probably expecting too much.

It was very quick from arrival time to get into a room. After initial start from med tech taking information to Dr coming in was 30 minutes. It was another 20 minutes after Dr left the room until he came back to do steroid injection. Not happy that I would have to come back for another visit to look at clavicle bone that X-ray said had extensive deformity due to arthritic changes.

For first time seeing him, it was good experience and no surprises from outcome.

When patients need xrays it needs to be done before taking them to a room. Instead of back and forth

When you have 3 people involved in your care and all of them have different options I left very confused. Thinking about going some different else.

Dr Nuttall is very nice and always answers my concerns. His staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr Nuttall.

X-ray technician was the best ,very friendly and helpful ??

The worst part was all the test I went through in such a short time. It was the experience I have ever had. It may have been necessary but it was still terrible

I was in 2 provider offices this week & they were substantially behind An 11:00 appt with my mom & provider was 45 min waiting in the room with no update from staff. (Myself) had an 8:00 & provider came in at 8:50 with no update from staff. That part of the visits are ridiculous! My last visit to my pcp had at least 50 minute delay. No one respects patients time anymore, it's the norm?

The only negative was checking in at 1:30 but sitting in the lobby waiting area for an hour. Once I was seen by nurse/x-ray tech/doctor, everything went smoothly.

Dr Nuttall was ok when I actually saw him. Today was the first time since my injury in September. I was seeing his NP. I had done therapy with minimal improvement. I never received an MRI until I requested one last week which showed surgery was needed. I was told I needed an X-ray today when I first came in but questioned it since I just had the mri done. Had I not said something that would have been a useless test and an expense I could not afford. I have now wasted a majority of short term disability and haven't even had surgery. I do feel like Dr Nuttall is professional but I am very disappointed in the follow thru. The nurses have been good to help with paperwork and the front staff is kind and helpful.
