I was provided with a brief video to watch before the provider came in to see me. When she came in, I had some questions. She took her time answering all of them.

Staff was very friendly and professional but failed to give me the samples offered by the doctor. They also did not tell me they were sending the RX by fax until I asked, but failed to mention which pharmacy . After checking in the late afternoon, It wasn't sent to my pharmacy, which will require another call tomorrow.

I was very pleased with how well she listened to me. Told me what needed to be done to take care of my problem. Quickly scheduled for me to get blood work and scheduled me for outpatient surgery to reposition my interstem implant. Since loosing weight it has repositiond itself tilting sideways. She explained everything to me and I'm very pleased and looking forward to getting everything taken care of.

She was kind, attentive, informative, and very thorough. She gave easy to understand directions and even drew a diagram to show me what was going on. Amazing!

I was a new patient. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a new doctor. Very thorough. The office kept me apprised of receiving my medical records prior to scheduling an appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor made me feel comfortable and I felt I left trusting her with my medical care.

The Urology department is so wonderful. They take their time with you and explain everything in detail. My NP Mary was absolutely awesome and all of her nurses are so pleasant and explain things well. I love the new Uro/gyn Dr. Evans. She explained everything in a very detailed way. Even drew pictures and answered all my questions. The receptionist Judy is very welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend Reid Urology!!!!
