Went well , not medical. Repaired hearing aid quickly
1. No info needed about my care and treatment: I 'm fine. Hearing aid wasn't holding a charge. Question n/a. 2. I totally trusted the provider with the care of my HEARING AID. Question n/a to MY CARE. 3. Care provider didn't need to know my medical history, while she looked at my hearing aid. but maybe she did. It never came up.
I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and the girl told me to sit and she'd tell the other lady I was there. I said I've been waiting a long time. After almost an hour I was forgotten and then finally officially checked in and seen. I missed picking my daughter up from school because they forgot about me for so long.
Really fixed my hearing problem also gave advice on how to adjust volume on phone. Very knowledgeable individual

Did not help with the issue I originally came in about. Basically told me to contact my NP and she could refer me to physical therapy. Waste of time. Wanted to talk about two other doctors I had seen years ago. I was having allergic reaction ( never did find out from what) Would not recommend Reid ENT.
The air in the office contained something that caused me to cough. I have many allergies.
I feel it's not the doctors, however, the terms the medical teems have to work under Reids policies interferes with the timely care of us patients.

Dr. Langfitt really took his time to listen to me and put me at ease. He also seemed to value educating me about the testing process, the science of the ear, and preventing more hearing loss in an uplifting and kind way.
I was happy with the information provided about my condition but I didn't/don't like that the doctor acts as though the infection is no big deal. From previous experience, STAPH and MRSA aren't infections to not worry much about.

My experience was GREAT ! ! ! Reid Personnel are the best. 5 STARS ! ! ! YOUR SURVEY is NOT relevant in most situations. I was at the Reid Site to have an app added to my cell phone so I could control my hearing aids. Talking about "throw rugs" or "possibly falling down a stairs" is NOT relevant to the treatment of services I needed. Someone needs to review the "survey questions" and edit them to be more relevant to the situation.
I left my appointment feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable with my condition. My Audiologist was thoughtful and thoroughly examined my ears. I would definitely recommend this medical facility.
It was a pleasant experience.
