Dr. Carpenter was great. The front desk however, where you check in, was a slow process. There was one person working there and she was on the phone while the people waiting to check in were stacking up. It took longer than it should have, in my opinion, to check in.

How can I get my vitals taken? The visit was over the phone, and since I am on high blood pressure meds. No additional test such as blood draws were ordered. Is that only if you were concerned about something in your recent 2 weeks?

Changing care providers is hard. I have lofty standards, that are often difficult to reach. Dr. M. Carpenter did take time to listen and seemed to care about what I was telling her about my adult daughter with special needs. I was quite impressed with that. Would have liked her to have done a more thorough medical exam, just something I'm very particular about.... But I did take a lot of time trying to explain the complexities of my daughter's health, and she did not rush me, which was very much appreciated.

Received several notifications to pre-check in and app said I was checked in but wasn't. Why are these offices not connected like the offices of medical office building? When visiting there , I can check in and they get notified. This needs work since I had multiple notifications to check in early.

Dr. M. Carpenter has always been great, but I also wanted to give recognition to the medical student working with her who was thorough, kind, and personable. I think his name was Paul, and if he keeps it up, he'll have a bright future as a doctor!
