I felt discussions and instructions were thorough and all questions answered. I feel like I am on good hands.

I was left and forgotten in exam room after my visit. Could have left half hour earlier.

Very unprofessional thought I was going to get fixed and still have hard time breathing and my chest still hurts I thought the surgeon was very rude. First time I was ever treated like this at this hospital this surgeon I would not recommend him or this hospital with my care. Iam very upset the way I was treated today at Reid Hospital Richmond Indiana ?

Everyone I dealt with at Reid has been super. Being on Claim Aid, I thought I might get a second hand kind of treatment, but that definitely wasn't the case! My 50%+ hearing loss makes any appointment with any provider a real challenge for me. Many repeated questions for the doctors for which I apologize. Communicating with me can be frustrating and annoying for all parties concerned. I am so sorry!
