Dr. Jiang is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable. She has her A game on. Very good listener. Explained everything. She is one of the best I've ever visited. Staff is incredible as well. Terrific!

This was not my first appointment at the Reid ENT office, however it is always so refreshing to come to an office that cares about me as both a person and a patient. Dr. Jiang and her staff are always knowledgeable and positive. I also really appreciate that the ENT office takes my time into consideration and doesn't leave me waiting well past my appointment time to be seen.

The wait was literally months - for everything related to my hearing and hearing aids. With so much hearing aid competition, Reid needs to evaluate the months and months and months of waiting. Even for something as simple as having my ears cleaned... months and months of wait time. The ENT process feels very broken. Not sure why I even stayed with the Reid process for this one - likely because so many other specialties in Reid are phenomenal. Yeesh.

So I was seen by the testing doctors and the ENT. There were changes to my appointments with both of these. It was very inconvenient as my ENT appointment was moved from Greenville to Richmond and I live in Greenville. They also moved my Abr and Vng appointments but then forgot to schedule the 3rd test. I was told when I got there that they forgot to schedule it and I will have to come back. Then was told that maybe I didn't need it. So they never called me back. My ENT says I need it. So now I have it rescheduled but have to drive to Richmond which is about an hour from my house. Wry aggravating.

Everyone there was very helpful, attentive and friendly. Great service and very timely.
