Dr. Shah & Melissa were absolutely AMAZING. Both very informative and knowledgeable. Dr. Shah answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Reid ObGyn has been my preference for 19 years for my many gynecological needs, now that I've finally become pregnant they are my first choice for Obstetrician as well. The only issue I currently have, and it not against them but an issue within Reid itself, they no longer have phlebotomist or an Ultrasound Tech in office. Losing the convince of those services and having to go to outpatient center not only raises patient costs, but becomes very time consuming as well.
Very nice Sr. Pleased with the providers !
The whole staff is awesome
Staff have been beautiful!!! Caring and understanding!! Feel seen and heard!! Very much appreciated for the care being received!!
Very nice and thoroughly thoughtful and concerned about the health and what's best for you.
Dr Tanya Shah listened to me closely and explained everything in depth. He questioned me multiple times throughout my procedure to make sure I wasn't having too much pain. He had a reassuring bedside manner.
Dr. Shah and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind and answered questions. They were respectful. They were amazing.
Everyone was so kind and helpful.
I was nervous about having a male provider for the first time, but he made me feel comfortable, gentle and talk me through each step. Explained everything in a knowledgeable way that I could explain and easily.
My nurse was especially kind.
I had to wait 45 min after my appt was started because he had to go home and take a shower. If I would have showed up 45min late they would have turned me away!
Thank you very much. Hope and pray that you all have a great future and are safe.
Kimberly our ultrasound tech was phenomenal. You can tell she really loves her job and she loves to educate. I left with a strong sense of peace and more knowledge about my body and what was happening in it. So blessed to have met her today.
Provider was over 30 minutes late came into the room and didn't even sit down to talk just leaned against the door and mumbled about some stuff then asked if we had any questions and left. Just didn't really feel like I was a priority in that moment. Also the nurse said something about calling in a nausea cocktail at the pharmacy and I called the pharmacy a few hours later and it was never called in so I called to speak with a nurse and was on hold for a long time so I just hung up.
Shah is definitely my favorite dr! he's so caring
I feel like dr. Shah was more concerned with pushing birth control on me than actually explaining other treatment options for pcos. I felt unheard by him and was unsure of what pcos is (this appointment confirmed I have it). I'm upset and looking for other obgyn options.
The ultrasound technician was so friendly and walked me through my ultrasound step-by-step, ultimately giving me great news about my baby. The OB was friendly and seen me in a timely manner.
Talking about illness or injury wasn't relevant. I got my genetic testing done, so hopefully that turns out well. No complaints on my end.
I was supposed to be seen at 9:30am and was not seen until 10:45am people that checked in after me were seen before me. My doctor was very inconsiderate of me and my voicings and made it seem like he had better things to do than be there. He pushed on my stomach and I voiced that it hurt I was ignored. I am going to be calling and request a new doctor to be delivering my baby. And requesting it to be female this time. I felt like him being late was taken out on me when I'm the one who waited an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start just to be seen and rudely treated. It was voiced that he was delivering a baby via c section and was running late. I was okay with it up until it was long over the time I was told I'd be waiting.
