Dr. Kostiuk and his team were warm and welcoming. He explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. He discussed options and he gave good instructions for the decision on surgery. I would definitely recommend him and his team 100%.

I was both pleased and impressed with Dr. Kostiuk. Also the prescriptions he gave me reduced my pain level immensely. I felt that I needed an MRI to more clearly the problem with my back. I did not have to ask him to order one because he was on top of the problem and he suggested before I mentioned it. The service and diagnostic acumen of Dr. Kostiuk was, as I said before, impressive. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and knew their jobs very well. Keep up the good work.

When xrays are needed like mine I suggest just giving the patient a gown to put on n allowing the patient, male, to just drop his pants in the room where xrays are taken instead of making them undress n putting shorts on. Reid in connersville did it this way n was much better especially if you're having back issues like myself.

Dr K was awesome and explain things so we understood what he was talking about. We really like him and trust his recommendations.

I had a good experience with this specialist just would have not waited almost an hour to see him other then that it was a very educational experience for me.

I was there an hour and 20 minutes before being seen. There was no explanation why he was running late. If there was an emergency or something else. I could understand that. But there was no explanation. He is a very friendly doctor. And he explained everything thoroughly.

I wish doctors would listen to me and what I want instead of what they think. I know the pain I'm going threw and pills just is not the answer I've been going threw this for 4 years and they just keep waiting for new doctors to come in and send me to them in hopes they will know what to do. No one should have to live with this kind of pain in hopes they will one day get a new doctor to figure out what to do for me. I appreciate him trying but living with this constant pain is no way to live someone has to do something....

It was a great decision to go to the ortho walk-in clinic! I went in early and was able to see a spinal surgeon who answered my questions, and addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. His nurse practitioner was outstanding. Both of these providers were kind, knowledgeable, and highly responsive to my questions and concerns, it was an excellent visit and use of my time. I very much appreciate the professionalism and answers given by these affective practitioners.

I waited for 45 mins in the waiting room at 9am. You know our time is just as important as the Dr's time. That is absolutely uncalled for, the next time I will walk out and seek another Dr.
