This office is just a joy. Dr Reichley and her team are top notch health care professionals . I have routinely made my appointment on Halloween as they really get into the spirit. It is very disappointing that the joy they had at work on Halloween was removed through a policy. I hope Reid will rethink this to bring the magic back.

I was the first person in with my appointment set at 8:40 am, I didn't see the Dr until 9:30. She is a great Dr, has awesome bedside manner and I trust her. But since she has joined Reid she is very hard to get in to and I feel like she is rushed every time I see her. Before when I would see her I felt like she remembered me when I would go in, now it doesn't seem that way. But it's understandable when you now have so many patients that you can't get an appointment for 3 months. She is a amazing Dr, I just miss how it use to be

I was a little unclear about what was allowed, so to speak, for my visit. The person who began the process with me (showing me into the room, getting vitals, asking questions) asked me if I had any concerns to review with the doctor. I had three issues I wanted to make sure to check into. After I explained the second issue and started on the third, the person told me this was turning into a different kind of visit (I cannot remember what) and that I was just there for a physical. I said I thought this was just me annual check-up. She said no, it's marked as a physical and to think of it like a sports physical. I said if I needed to make another appointment, that's fine, but I just wanted to find out if I needed a referral. She moved on to another question, so I said I still had one more issue. She gave me a look that I interpreted as annoyed or frustrated, so I said if she didn't want to note it that was ok. She then proceeded to make a note of the third issue. When I arrived, I assumed I had a co-pay, but I was informed a physical was covered by my plan. I was probably told that it would be a physical, but I really didn't know that was different from anything else. I assume the physical was converted to something different, since I was later charged (which is totally fine; no complaint there). At any rate, I just didn't understand that, at a physical, the question about whether I have concerns to discuss with the doctor really doesn't mean the visit has the scope of adding things. I don't know the difference between different kinds of appointments. I just felt like I kind of got "in trouble" for expecting too much from my visit, and a different way of explaining the scope of my appointment would have been helpful. Thank you!

I was left in the exam room waiting for my care summary. Evidently everyone went to lunch so I sat for a very long time before it was discovered that I was left behind.

Best medical office in Richmond. All friendly and make visit very comfortable. Need more Dr. Reichley in Richmond.
