The doctor is caring and considerate. He cares about me.

Everyone was friendly, courteous & professional. Dr. McKellar explained everything & gave good advice.

Physician and MAs did not introduce themselves to me. As a new patient, I felt this was unprofessional. Physician ordered further testing and I will be following up with him eventhough his bedside manner was not what I expected.

Appreciated Dr. talking me through my images and helping me with how to select good shoes.

Everyone made me feel confident, calm, and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. They were all very professional, but treated me like a normal person. I was very pleased with the staff that did my surgery!!

From check - in to discharge satisfied. Except was told to take 2 supplements(OTC) wish this had been documented on my discharge noted. Also, the Doctor signed a form for a temporary handicap permit. We took it to the BMV in Richmond, we're told it was wrong form. So went back to clinic Dr. was in meeting. Receptionist took the new form from BMV and the signed version. So now have to wait form form to be mailed. Radiology techs were awesome, gentle and caring.

The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and educational. He took time to answer questions and to explain my x-ray findings.

Dr. McKellar took the time to explain the initial injury and explained other concerns we had not pertaining to the injury. He took his time and did not make us feel rushed. I greatly appreciated the extra insight.

Nice atmosphere

I had spent the weekend in pain and discomfort from a foot injury. I called not knowing whether I would be able to see podiatrist but was pleasantly suprised when they told me to come in at 9:30. I felt like my concerns were addressed and I left in a boot which helping me manage my foot pain

Dr was very caring.

It was my first visit with Dr. Mckellar and it won't be my last. I'd had my large toenail removed and this was a follow up call and he wasn't the Dr who removed the nail. Very nice to explain the whole process of healing.

I had used the walk in clinic and was quickly moved to see a podiatrist. Dr. McKellar, the nurse and the xray technician were all very professional and treated me as a person and not just a patient.

I just wished somebody could help me with this foot situation. Nobody seems to know what to do about it and the pain is just unbearable every day. I can't even wear any of my shoes except for these big crocs so I just want my foot to feel better that's all.

I had scheduled appt. in my chart with Dr. Jones at 0800, when I arrived I was not on the schedule and she was fully booked. Dr. Travis McKellar was able to see me and he was wonderful as was his assistant or a nurse. I appreciate it very much that they got to see me today.
