I liked that he was easy to understand gave me options.

Dr. Han even asked me questions related to the information I put on my check-in sheet. I was impressed, as most doctors leave that info to their nurses.

Front desk and Dr. were excellent and nice.

Dr Han is very personable but it's very hard to understand him. His accent is so thick.

Dr. Han was very thorough in his explanation of my condition and all the treatment options. He was eager to answer all of our questions and to put us at ease.

i have gone to several appointments and all of them have just told me to keep my future appointments and nothing else. it feels like a waste of time. 3 different doctors have told me to keep my test appointments and then they can help me. why make me schedule an appointment just for them to tell me i didn't need to come in?

Dr Han was very dismissive and did not listen or address my questions. Was rude and inconsiderate of my concerns. Dr Han truly disappointed me and was a poor representation of Reid, Cardiology, electrophysiology and Physicians in General. He was not knowledgeable or of a good bedside manner. Can not believe he was the same physician I last saw 9 years ago. Could not recommend Dr Han with a clear conscience. Reid and Dr Han, you along with Cardiology and the electrophysiology department could do better. To the young, dark haired assistant working for Dr Han, her service and bedside manner was Phenominal. Very kind, caring and consideration.

Dr. Han is very hard to understand. He really needs to have a translator there to help him with people that are hard of hearing. But he is very patient and understanding.
