I dont care for Dr to try pushing medication when I say no

Jessica is amazing! She listened clearly to my specific issues. I had no problem disscussing delicate and very personal issues. She is very knowledgeable about urinary health. I suggested a course of treatment and she had no problem accepting my suggestion and relaying it to the surgeon.

Professional, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and compassionate. Values a "patient first" attitude and explains information on the patient's level. Appreciate simplifying my understanding of how to properly take my prescription medication.

Experience with provider was fine BUT all the text notifications are extremely TOO much. When I tell you I don't need a confirmation a week before my visit that's what I mean. I filled out all your forms, told you I was coming I don't know how many times & still you contact me a hundred times. Stop it!

Jessica was very informed about my condition and very passionate to me. She seen very guinine as a nurse. Felt very comfortable and relaxed with Jessica. Good st what she does.

The staff was so nice to me. The sweet lady at the front desk was too. The nurse that took me back was so kind. Also my doctor was extremely friendly to me. She had a beautiful smile and made me feel at ease. Thank you.

NP Jessica Miller appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained my condition in a manner I could understand. She reviewed my treatment plan in detail. She and the nurse were very helpful and kind.

Had 3:00pm appointment. Waited 50 minutes to see NP for 2 minutes. I will never accept an afternoon appointment again.

Really had a great visit and given alot of information, left with positive visit.

Waited 45-50 minutes in the room to be seen. Visit consisted of only 10 minutes.

Jessica is a really nice and thoughtful person and we are sorry she and Dr. Johnson are so busy. Hopefully Reid can get them some help soon.

I can't think of anything bad to say about Jessica Miller she goes above and beyond to help you. Treats you like a good friend not a patient. The nurses and Secretaries are wonderful especially Judy for checking on me because I never miss an appointment.

This was a same day appointment & was even scheduled for surgery that night. She was very thorough, presented my options, & answered all my questions.

Everyone is super nice.... and I felt super safe.

I was waited on with the best doctor and nurses. If I need any health care I know where I am going. You have the best darn hospital around. Thanks for taking care of me.

I was sent a questionnaire with questions about marital status, employment, insurance. I have the same questions for a confirmation to a visit with a different doctor who is a healthcare associate at Reid. I wonder why the data isn't shared between the different doctors. My payment information is present in both and the some of the questions for the second visit that I have this week were asked for the first visit. Why can't that information be shared among the doctors thank you. xxx

I wish I could have seen the real DR. The NP. Was good but I haven't seen a real Dr..for yrs..I saw Dr. JOHNSON A YR. AGO..OTHER THAN THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN A REAL DR.. the NPS are not Drs.. I see one now that could care less..I am very sick and I need the. Care of A DR..ALL there yrs. In school seeing illness..the NP..doesn't have that....
