A good visit

First time with current provider. Not overly impressed at this time. Follow up appt in three months before making further judgement.

I was seen in a timely manner. My caregivers were caring and professional.

I seen Jessica NP.. I was a Kelley Abshear Patient. This was the first time I had seen Jessica NP. She was very easy and pleasent. I have not been seen in a while and she got me taken care of. Becky at the front desk is so great. She is everything Reid advertises that they are. She is definitely Ambassador material. THANK YOU

This was my first time seeing NP J Williams. She was kind and listened to my concerns. I would recommend her to others.

We normally see Kim but she was out this is the second or third time we have seen Jessica Williams and she will not prescribe anything for my sick kid. Not even cough medicine. I will only see Kim from this practice from now on. Kim is the best, she listens, and will give my sick kid something to help with her symptoms.

J Williams is an amazing provider. The issues she has to see my child for are somewhat sensitive and she handles them so well. My child feels very comfortable being seen by her and Williams does a wonderful job listening and helping my child get better. I tell people all the time how wonderful she is with both my kids!

She didn't tell us what was wrong with my daughter, she didn't even offer any suggestions. Not to mention the fact that my daughter clearly has an infection and there were no antibiotics given nor was there any care plan!

Very friendly. Ask how I thought my prescription was working. Didn't ask why I was on the medication but maybe I told her before she had a chance to. Really helped me in the past when my NP was not available. She is now my primary NP since my other NP left. Seems knowledgeable.

Everyone at the office was efficient and friendly. They listened to my problem and offered solutions. I feel very well taken care of with all of Reid's workers.

My appointment was in a timely manner and both the ladies I met with were very pleasant.

The testing process was horrible but she and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and assured that they were right there with me. They let me know what would happen in each step. She took her time with me and explained everything in great detail. It was very difficult but I knew I was in the best of hands.

It was great for the first time with this provider. Everyone was great.

Jessica has been my provider for years in new castle and when the location in town closed there was no doubt that I would follow her if it were a reasonable distance. She truly cares about her job and it shows in her level of care for her patients. I drive by two other Reid primary care offices to get to her. And I'm just glad to have her as my provider. Today was my first visit at this office and everyone was very nice and the lady that took my vitals even thanked me for making the drive and I don't believe I have ever met her. So she obviously looked at my chart to know I drove over 30min.

Everyone working in the connersville office is awesome they all deserve some recognition for all there hard work and great care
