There were too many people and none seemed to have the whole picture

Seems repetitious to do all the tests/visits that I've already done just because it's taken a little more time between tests and having a procedure done than what the dr. wanted. I'm sorry but it makes it seem like money is more important. It wasn't my fault that my dr. wanted a stress test done. By the time I got done with everything, I had to have all my tests done again! I was very close to forgetting the whole procedure. Just my opinion....

Completely all personnel were patient savvy and knowledgeable

It was very easy to do the video call with the peri op clinic. Everyone that I talked to was very friendly. Kate was easy to understand and friendly. I feel confident moving forward with my surgery.

Very nice people from receptionist to the nurse practitioner everyone we seen was very courteous, We didn't discuss much about preventative medicine because this was for a pre-surgical procedure, Did answer all her questions very knowledgeable.

My provider was efficient, bright and reassured me about the care to expect and the process throughout.

Very organized

The man that checked me in didn't know what he was doing and caused me to be late for my appointment. Because of that it took me an extra hour and half and I had to do things twice. It was a big inconvenience.
