The provider I saw was not even my provider. My provider did not have any available appointments for a few weeks. This provider read my history and was familiar with the problems I have had with this particular issue and also assured me she would pass the information along from this visit to my provider

The whole staff put my daughter at ease. Keirstan really listened to our concerned. Answered all our questions! 100% excellent visit!

I love Reid Health, everyone there is very nice and friendly. I will say this the doctor's care about you they will sit and listen to you and look up stuff to help you better understand what they are telling you or to help you better understand your situation..

I saw Kiersten yesterday since Kelli is out of the office. Kiersten was as sweet and caring as Kelli. She was very interested in what I had to say and listened to me. This is what I love about this practice, the nurse practioners really care about each individual.

My first visit with Keirstan West and I was very impressed with her demeanor. She has a very kind attitude. She is not my usual provider but I wouldn't mind if she was. I felt very comfortable talking to her.

Front staff were very short, not pleasant. No smiles and made me feel unwanted and a bother. Spoke to a manager , Angela, about my experience. Provider, Kirsten was amazing and nurses all great!
