Kim is AMAZING and is always eager and willing to listen to everything I have to say and makes sure to also ask if there's anything I'd like to share. She knows me and my background really well and is able to easily understand what my needs are during every visit. She's also very thorough in explaining new treatment options. For example, she explained a new medication for me where she shared background information/history for it, possible side effects, and how to properly take or stop the medication as needed.

Kim Miller, NP was amazing to me. She was kind with her words and willing to listen to my concerns and address them in a good manner. I really appreciated it.

The woman in the office have definitely improved. We almost switched providers because of how obviously judgemental and rude they were. Now I can't think of one person there that isn't pleasant all the time. Kim is very understanding and down to earth. She has helped me improve my life by probably 75% in just the last year. This was a very comfortable and informative visit with the NP.

Our experience with Kim Miller and everyone in her office is always excellent. Her staff is friendly and professional, and Kim is kind and so knowledgeable. Our only growing concern is with Reid's central calling center. The day of my daughter's appointment her blood pressure dropped and she almost passed out in class. They called the ambulance who did come, but her blood pressure went to normal levels, and she already had an appointment with Kim that afternoon scheduled. I called to see if Kim thought I should go ahead and take her to the ER, or just wait for our appointment. I really needed an answer to that! The person who took the message only sent a message to Kim's office without calling to say there was a more urgent message. Kim did not see the message until right before coming into the room for her appointment. That left me to have to decide on my own what was best medically. From now on I will just firmly require that they put me through to Kim's office directly. I appreciate any retraining that needs to be attended to with the person who took my message that day. Thank you.

Kim Miller and her nurse Meghan treated me nice and explained everything to me so I would understand it. Hagerstown Clinic is really helpful considering I live in Hagerstown.

Kim Miller treated me like her established patient even though it was our first time meeting. She was extremely thorough and kind which gave me a sense of calm and confidence in her ability to care for me. I would definitely continue to have her as a PCP should Kelly Abshear not be able to return to the clinic.
