I'm disappointed that Reid health will no longer accept my insurance starting January 2025

Dr Kimberly is AWESOME and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly The waiting room and patient care areas are very clean and well organized I can't say enough good things about my experience every time I come here

Kim was very thorough in her assessment & treatment recommendations. When there was an issue about the availability of a medication she prescribed, she immediately responded to my call & prescribed a different medication.

My experience there has always been top notch. I will, however, share that the exam room that I was in was in need of paint freshening and the floors were not as clean as they should be. I feel that it is important for the environment of a physicians office should be extremely clean.

Last minute call the day before holiday weekend, I was able to get an appt with coworker of my PCP. She asked good questions and checked my symptoms before recommending medications. I was able to get seen, get medicine, and get home in a timely manner. Thank you for such good staffing.

You also receive a warm smile when you enter and always feel like their glad to see you. Then when you see Kim she enters always with a warm welcome. Always very punctual and thorough with your chart and condition.

I like going to see Kim Reffitt. I followed her from her previous position in another town so I trust her guidance and opinion. The staff members are always friendly and have a great sense of humor. It helps break up the tenseness one can feel when they are going to see a primary care provider. (Hats off to the medical staff and nurses). You are all so wonderful.
