I would liked for her to get back with me and go over the results of my test. I read them, but I think it's always good to have the doctor to get back with you. Also, I haven't heard about a follow up with my colonoscopy appointment she was to make an appointment and I have not heard a thing. Would like for her to give me a call or her nurse to go over my results thank you

I was grumpy and in pain when I walked into this office. Even in my grumpy state I was treated kindly and felt seen.

I always leave there not feeling like just another patient in her day. She always gives me her undivided attention, and for that I'm appreciative.

My provider was very knowledgeable but talked to me in a laid back, down to earth manner. That speaks volumes to me. I'm glad I chose Reid Health.

Everything was fine

When someone goes to the er with chest pains.......BELEAVE YHEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU..AND MOST OF ALL STOP TREATING EVERYONE AS A DRUG SEEKER!!! not all of people are that.

This was my first visit with this dr so I didn't expect her to know my history.

It's was way too quick, kept getting talked over when trying to explain medical history, did not feel taken seriously, and communication about meds was not clear

Koren is wonderful and makes managing my health a very comfortable and positive experience.

I went into the clinic because I was scared about my ability to breathe and severe edema. Her bedside manner was cold and she really didn't say anything that was helpful. I went from the office and completed labs and X-ray at the hospital and yet even the results were in she never called as she said she would regarding treatment options. I was afraid and she treated me as if I were an annoyance. I understand that she is just a nurse practitioner but I've been to many NP's and they are as good as a doctor. I believe she needs to be more sensitive to the patients fear because the mental state contributes to the overall health of patients.

Very concerned about my health and gave me great advice to remain healthy

She is always kind and supportive while taking time to explain nothing I have questions about. I am grateful for her caring nature!

Overall it was good dr could have been a little more friendlier!!

Appointment was at 9:15 and i was not seen untill 9:45

Very caring

Medical assistant - was not friendly, did not provide direction, she did not listen to what I had to say and kept interrupting me, and left the door open while she was trying to provide me overview of my medical care. She refused to provide me with referrals and wanted me to do it for her. She also got upset with me because I did not tell her why Inam not with the other doctors. Doctor: was not welcoming and did not listen to everything I had to say. She told me she will get back with me after she left the room and she did not. She add labs and did not communicate it with me. She did not verify anything prior meeting me. She stated that I do keep a doctor for long which she judge me as well as the medical assistant.

The doctor listened and asked several questions about my symptoms. She was very helpful!

Was a pleasant experience. I feel like things will get done in regards to the betterment of my health.

Very kind and not my normal doctor but very nice and the medication prescribed seems to be working but causes nausea badly.

Judy helped me tremendously to obtain some of my medicines.

Koren was great. She spent more time with me than I was expecting. We discussed my concerns and she was exceptional with her recommendations and very thorough! 10/10!

Everything went well. I found out that I was not deaf in my right ear. It was just Jamed full of yuck. They cleared it out of what was cloging it up. Now I can hear out of both ears! Yippee!!!

I especially loved the woman who took me back to the doctors room who took my vitals and weight, her name was Leah. Dr. Blankley was great, I was very anxious for my first doctors appointment in over 5 years. She addressed everything I was hoping to talk about at an initial appointment. It was pretty quick in and out, but I understand that is the way it goes. I do hope to dive a little deeper into things once I get my blood work completed.

It was a good experience. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. The checkin and out are both easy. Labs were ordered and I had them drawn at the hospital lab and had the results on my chart in like two hours

The ladies that go outside for testing need better coats and a handy way to carry their supplies. They did a fine job, but there should be an easier way.

I don't like going to the doctor and have a difficult time trusting anyone in the medical field. This being said, everyone in this office is fantastic and made me feel heard and understood. I'm very happy with my treatment.

You must take into consideration this was my first contact with her she made me comfortable discussing my current problems and considered what might be hindering my ability to eat we come to a consensus which pill was the culprit I am still trying to work that one out its sure slow but getting better. If I were to visit with her more times she would know about me.

Koren Blankley's exam rooms were clean and orderly. However, there needs to be a more definitive method of exiting the exam rooms! There are multiple Exit signs and how does a patient know which Exit sign leads where?

The visit didn't take very long which made me happy

I had no problem seeing this doctor. I thought her nurse for the day was very polite and nice to be around as well.

Excellent experience with both the nurse practitioner and with Leah the medical assistant. Every goal my wife and I hoped to accomplish with this first visit was met. Excellent communication with both of them. I will gladly go back in six months and we are very pleased with our experience today. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
