They showed compassion and patience with my family and myself. I never felt rushed, and more importantly they listened to me and treated us like an actual person not just a patient on the schedule.

My experience has not been great when it comes to Reid's ENT department, and when I have told people about it, they become worried. For my post-op check-up, they changed this appointment three to four times strictly to them constantly changing their schedule. Please note this does NOT include them actually changing my surgery time about three times in one day on the DAY BEFORE my actual surgery!!! That's not okay nor professional. Making it worse is the physician assistant had no idea of my medical history when she came in that room for my post-op appointment. I can say I am no longer comfortable going to Reid.

I appreciate Kristy and the time she took with my son. She has great "bedside manner" and made my son and I feel very comfortable. She was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and didn't "rush" through to get to the next patient. She took her time and was very helpful and made sure I understood everything I was asking about. She's wonderful and we look forward to seeing her again next year for the follow up!
