Please note that the entire urology team, from the front desk to everyone My wife and I had worked with, are an impressive group of caring, compassionate, and - as far as my wife and I are concerned -- professionals of the highest caliber. Further to this, We had witnessed 1st hand, a response to an emergency situation where all involved at the urology office rushed me through the emergency department whilst handling my severe gross hematuria with blood clot evacuation from the bladder, a non-stop and tiring action. They stayed with me and continued to work the above procedures well after hours to ensure I was in good hands at the emergency department. Certainly was, as Dr Aaron Johnson and Jessica Miller also worked very late, performed surgery procedures that night. Much of this ordeal was a 1st for the team (at least in magnitude, uncertain etiology) - am convinced they had saved my life. Further to this, they listened to my version of symptoms/pain which could have been within the norm of subjectivity - yet they realized it was truly out of the norm. For that also, I thank them! A subsequent needed re-visit after the hospitalization was handled by the office immediately and with great effect. Please convey the sincere thanks and gratitude to this team on behalf of my wife and I if at all practicable. We are planning to send a little something to the urology office as a small token of our gratitude for this awesome team. Sincerely, xxx

My Provider greeted me and my husband when she came into the exam room. She's very friendly and asked me questions about my health if I had any concerns or questions. She said she looked forward to seeing me again and if I have any questions please give me a call

Had 0700 appointment, but wasn't seen by provider until approximately 0725.

Everyone is polite and respectful wouldn't recommend anyone else they care about the patient and doing things right and what's best for the patient.

I was disappointed they did not change my catheter for me. At least they gave me the supplies to have home health do it.

The Trimix injection is definitely worth the cost and the little pain from needle stick. It also lasts long enough to get the job completed.

Waiting room chairs to close together and patients had to sit against each other spreading their germs around. No option to space away from others. Was very uncomfortable with all the closeness with strangers and who knows what germs being spread.?This should be a place trying to prevent illness not spreading it. I felt very exposed to something for sure.

I didn't think about expiring prescriptions since we're changing to annual visit, all will expire during that time and none were renewed, but I'll make contact through the patient portal as they expire.

Everyone in the office were very good, from the receptionist, Nurses and the Nurse Practitioner.

I had blood test done would like to see results on my chart

She was kind and did her best to make me feel comfortable about my procedure. Mostly in and out. She told me my condition was due to dehydration and diet. I also have another contributing condition but she did not tell me what to do about my diet. I am overweight but have lost about 50 pounds in the last year, my A1c is 5.5 so my dietary choices have been improved. So I guess I will need to research the internet for what to change. I am a diabetic and my mom and sister have and had kidney failure. So I think more information about this would have been helpful. She did return my call later that day because I had called because I wasn't putting out urine and I was in tremendous pain. Through no fault of hers, I couldn't come back in to be checked. I forced fluids and did finally get relief late that night. So overall I think she did a great job with my procedure but more patient education would have been helpful.

Always know I have the best of care when I am treated with the professionals at Reid.

Ms Worley, NP is fantastic. Excellent communication skills. She takes her time, listens patiently, and put both my wife and myself at ease. She was very knowledgeable about my test results and explained everything in detail. FANTASTIC!!

Dr. Lindsay was fantastic! I felt like she really listened to me and provided guidance on how to help prevent kidney stones in the future. Would recommend her to anyone!
