Very caring person office staff was very friendly is a very enjoyable visit

I would like to nominate my provider for a GEM award. She is great. One of the best office visits I have had in a long time. She listens to my concerns and really come across that she really cares about me and my health.

Just went over the x-ray a little. Not much else was examined. Didn't seem much of an appointment. She offered a couple of options for another problem but didn't go into them much. She said you were closing the Greenville office and a trip to Richmond doesn't seem worthwhile. Sorry.

Always good care and always considerate and kind

I feel very confident with Dr. Worley , I had the choice of continuing my care at IU urology care , however I felt they have little to no concern about my physical and emotional wellbeing. I chose to go with Dr Worley because of her genuine care about my issues, not only my physical but my emotional wellbeing. She is in my personal opinion a great person and physician.

The provider was great, but Reid health will not accept my insurance anymore so I am disappointed with them

The provider pointed out that inadvertently the patient was taking less than the recommended dosage of a prescription medication. This discovery was most appreciated by the patient.

Staff was professional and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Please note that the entire urology team, from the front desk to everyone My wife and I had worked with, are an impressive group of caring, compassionate, and - as far as my wife and I are concerned -- professionals of the highest caliber. Further to this, We had witnessed 1st hand, a response to an emergency situation where all involved at the urology office rushed me through the emergency department whilst handling my severe gross hematuria with blood clot evacuation from the bladder, a non-stop and tiring action. They stayed with me and continued to work the above procedures well after hours to ensure I was in good hands at the emergency department. Certainly was, as Dr Aaron Johnson and Jessica Miller also worked very late, performed surgery procedures that night. Much of this ordeal was a 1st for the team (at least in magnitude, uncertain etiology) - am convinced they had saved my life. Further to this, they listened to my version of symptoms/pain which could have been within the norm of subjectivity - yet they realized it was truly out of the norm. For that also, I thank them! A subsequent needed re-visit after the hospitalization was handled by the office immediately and with great effect. Please convey the sincere thanks and gratitude to this team on behalf of my wife and I if at all practicable. We are planning to send a little something to the urology office as a small token of our gratitude for this awesome team. Sincerely, xxx

I waited about 20-25 minutes until she came in. They were not busy.

My Provider greeted me and my husband when she came into the exam room. She's very friendly and asked me questions about my health if I had any concerns or questions. She said she looked forward to seeing me again and if I have any questions please give me a call

Had 0700 appointment, but wasn't seen by provider until approximately 0725.

Everyone is polite and respectful wouldn't recommend anyone else they care about the patient and doing things right and what's best for the patient.

I was disappointed they did not change my catheter for me. At least they gave me the supplies to have home health do it.

The Trimix injection is definitely worth the cost and the little pain from needle stick. It also lasts long enough to get the job completed.
